Towing trailers with different coupler sizes just got easier thanks to the 180 Hitch 2-ball mount. This ball mount features stainless-steel 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls on opposite ends of the ball mount platform. Switching to the opposite ball is fast and easy - pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank and simply flip over the platform so that either the 2" or 2-5/16" hitch ball is on top. Slide it back up along the shank to the desired height and reinsert the dual pins, hitch up, and go! Because both balls are contained on the platform, you won't have to keep track of separate balls that must be completely removed and installed each time you need to switch trailers.
This ball mount's convenient stowable design keeps the ball mount platform out of your way when you're not towing. To stow the ball mount platform, simply pull out the dual pins and remove the platform from the shank. Place the ball mount platform on the backside of the shank facing your vehicle. Reinsert the dual pins to attach the platform to the shank. The 180 Hitch can be used in either the drop or rise position to best suit your application.

Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Weigh Safe 180 hitch with stainless steel balls. It's a two-ball ball mount for a two-and-a-half by two-and-a-half inch shank with a max four inch drop and five inch rise. Now folks, this is gonna be a nice double size ball mount here with two different tow balls to be able to carry different coupler sizes and trailer heights with ease. To switch the balls, you simply remove the locking pin, flip the ball over 180 degrees, reinsert the pin, lock it, and you're ready to go. Now as I said, you have an adjustable height, four inches of drop or five inches of rise.
The whole piece here is a solid aluminum shank and the balls are a stainless steel construction. So both ways, you don't have to worry about rust, corrosion, those kind of thing. You do get everything key to like. So you get the key for the hitch pin lock and the key for the dual locking pin here that secures the ball mount and lets you flip it over. So I'm gonna go ahead and take off these locks just so you can kind of see how easy it is to work 'em.
Simple lock for the hitch, and I'll use that same key here. And we'll undo the one for the ball mount here. So I'm gonna go ahead and flip this over. So it's as simple as taking that off, rotating it 180 degrees, putting it back on. And in this case, 'cause I flipped it over, now the lock is on my side.
And I just simply line up those holes and put the key back in and lock it in place. So it's that simple, folks. Took what, 10, 20 seconds So very simple to use, very nice. Now some measurements real quick. From the center of the ball to the center of the hitch pin holes on the closest hitch pin hole I got from the center of the ball back about eight-and-a-half inches.
And then from the center of the ball to the farthest center hitch pin hole, I got nine-and-five-eighth inches. From the center of this hitch pin hole to the back, I got three inches exactly. And then from the center of the farther back pinhole to the back, I got one-and-seven-eighth inches. Now these are one inch increments as far as the height or drop. Once again folks, 8,000 pounds in the two inch ball, 18,500 on the two-and-five-sixteenths. Very nice, very elegant ball mount here today. Again, rust proof, corrosion proof. This is the Weigh Safe 180 two ball mount for the two-and-a-half by two-and-a-half inch shank. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.

This hitch has a stainless steel double-sided tow ball, so switching sizes is a breeze. Tow up to 8,000 lbs with the 2" ball or up to 18,500 lbs with the 2-5/16" ball. This isn't the cheapest hitch on the market, but it is certainly high quality. The carrier slides as it should as does the ball. The locks for the receiver and the carrier are keyed the same and they give you 4 keys. I personally like the double pinned carrier instead of a single pin as some of the others do. I have only had it a week but, I'm impressed so far.
Super happy with the hitch..highly recommend. Half the weight of a steel hitch. We are working
It's exactly what I was expecting. Good quality and fast shipping.
