Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Patriot Hitches five-way three ball mount with stacked receivers. This drop hitch with stacked receivers has been designed by a US military veteran to slide into your 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch receiver and give you ultimate adjustability and flexibility. You are going to receive multiple two inch receivers so you can mount your ball mount, which we have a three ball mount included with this, or maybe a bike rack or a cargo carrier, all at various heights. Now, this does have a gross towing weight of 25,000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of 2,000 pounds and a maximum drop and rise of about 10 inches.

Now, these stacked receivers that you see here are gonna give you a rise or a drop to match the height of your particular application. And you can use the included ball mount with a pintle lock as you can see right here, or you can even use your own accessories. This is even going to let you use your tow bar for flat towing. And you just move the accessory up or down and secure it at the chosen height with the included red pins that you see here. Now, you can also mount the receivers horizontally to create a hitch step.

You would just remove the accessories. And if you're not gonna be towing for a while, you would take the cartridge and just move it in a horizontal position, secure it with the pin and clip, and then there you have a hitch step. So this is going to be very flexible and allow you quite a bit of functionality. So the ball mount here is going to obviously let you hook up to trailers to tow your vehicle. And so you're gonna get your 1-7/8 inch, your two inch, and then your 2-5/16 inch balls.

And then I mentioned the pintle lock here, as you can see, I do have the pintle lock fully extended. And so this is going to allow you to hook up a lunette ring to the ball here. And what's nice about this is this pintle lock will keep that ring around this ball while you're towing. But then when you're ready to remove the lunette ring or you just wanna use the ball with the standard coupler, you'll just remove this pin and clip and the pintle lock will actually retract back into this cartridge and then you can secure it in the retract position with the pin and clip or you could just remove it all together. So again, a lot of functionality that's tied in with this.

This is going to fit lunette ring couplers with a diameter of 2-1/2 inches or 3 inches. And we also have this 3/4 of an inch D-ring that's going to allow for multiple off-roading and recovery uses. With this, you're not gonna have to worry about rattling or vibration. Included, we have these three stainless steel bolts that are gonna keep your accessories, your ball mount, all of those items from vibrating within the receivers. And then you'll just tighten down with the included hex wrench here that comes with this system. So this is going to be sturdy, it's solid steel, and it's covered in this really nice durable textured powder coat. So I think that finish is going to hold up pretty well for you. It's gonna do a great job of resisting rusts and corrosion. You can see that we're gonna get 1, 2, 3, 4 pins and clips, and the D-ring all coated in matching red. So that really does add a nice pop of color. However, I do wanna let you know that this paint, especially for the first couple of times when you're fitting the clips over the pins, you will see some paint flaking off. So just so you're aware of that, that's going to be normal with this. But if you're looking for a pop of red color with your drop hitch with stacked receivers, this is gonna be a great option for you to consider. We do have this same system with other colors, other matching colors of D-rings and pins and clips such as blue and then matching black with this textured black powder coat finish.
