Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this Patriot Hitches four-way adjustable drop hitch receiver with a three ball mount. Now, this drop hitch receiver has been designed by a US military veteran to slide into your two inch trailer hitch receiver and give you a rise or a drop to match the height of your particular application. You're just going to move this receiver up or down inside of this adjustable shank, and secure it at the chosen height with the included pins and clips. Now, you are going to get a maximum towing weight capacity of 10,000 pounds, and a maximum tongue weight of 1000 pounds, and a maximum drop a rise of about 11 inches.

Now this does, the height adjustment is gonna be right at 1 1/2 inches. And this ball mount is going to let you hook up your trailer to tow your vehicle. And as I mentioned, and as you already saw, this does include a three ball mount here with three balls welded to a shank here. So you're gonna get your 1 7/8, your two inch, and your 2 5/16 inch balls. And so, to swap those out you're just gonna remove the pin and clip there and remove this, turn it to the ball size that you need, slide it back into the receiver, and then secure it with your pin and clip.

This does feature anti-rattle bolts here that are going to help reduce vibration and rattling. You're just gonna tighten them down with the included hex wrench here. And so, that's nice that it's also got that built into it so you don't have to worry about getting a separate anti-rattle mechanism or anything like that. That's gonna be built in. It's also gonna help with theft deterrencey as well.

We do have this three quarter of an inch D-ring that's going to allow for multiple off-roading and recovery uses. This is a heavy duty construction. It is constructed of steel, so it's gonna hold up really well for you. It features this textured black powder coat finish, that's gonna help resist rust and corrosion. Of course, the highlight of this is that the D-ring and the four pins and clips have this really nice red color to it.

So if you're looking for something that has a pop of red to it, maybe to match your truck, this is gonna be a good item to consider. I just wanna let you know that the paint will flake off from time to time, especially the first couple times that you use it with the clip, so just be aware of that. But we do have other color options available. I think we have blue and also color matching that matches the actual finish of the unit itself. So we do have those other options if you're interested. The pins and clips are 5/8 of an inch of course. So this is gonna be very easy to use, very easy to set up. Instructions are included to guide you through that through the setup process, which is very simple. But again, when you're looking for that height adjustment, this receiver will just simply slide up and down inside of this shank here. And so it's gonna be very easy to get that height adjustment fit you're looking for. When you're at the back of your truck, you're not gonna be struggling to get what that adjustment that you are looking for. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today.
