  • How to Carry Bike Rack and Flat Tow Vehicle with 10 INch Riser Adapter
I do have a solution for you, however I do not recommend using the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver # RM-077-10 in conjunction with the High-Low Adapter # RM-048-10 that you already have. Using an adapter with another adapter like this will cause a really unstable connection and essentially reduce the weight capacity of your RV's hitch to an unknown number. A better solution for what you are looking to do is with the Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-515 (or for just the shank part #...

  • How Do I know How Much Drop Is Needed When Getting A Ball Mount?
Finding the correct rise or drop will depend on two things. First will be the measurement from the ground to the inside top of your trailer hitch. This measurement will vary between hitch manufacturer, vehicle manufacturer, tire size if not the stock tires, and if a lift is used. As you have the lift and I am guessing tires that are not the stock size, you will definitely need to measure. Once you have this measurement, you will need to measure from the ground to the bottom of the coupler...

  • Can The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter Tow A Motorcycle Trailer And Haul E-Bikes
The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars # RM-077-2 is not recommend for use with a trailer so you'd be voiding any warranty towing your motorcycle trailer with it. It also only has a 400lb tongue weight so you'd need to make sure that the weight of the bike rack, bike, and tongue weight from the trailer doesn't exceed 400lbs. There isn't a 2-1/2" version of this adapter but a stacked receiver might be the better option for you. The Gen-Y Phantom X Adjustable 2-Ball Mount...

  • Best Way to Tow a Trailer and Attach a Motorcycle Carrier to the Same Hitch
To tow your Lance trailer and haul a motorcycle carrier off of your F-250's hitch, I recommend the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-515. This adjustable ball mount has five 2" receiver openings that will allow you to use both a hitch mounted motorcycle rack and tow your trailer. This double ball mount has a 1,500 lbs tongue capacity and a 12,000 lbs towing capacity. If you have a 2-1/2" receiver you will want the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked...

  • Dual Hitch Adapter For Towing And Carrying Receiver Mounted Winch on Car Trailer
I have a solution for you, but I wanted to first answer your main question and give you a little bit of information. You are correct that a rise/drop hitch like the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver # RM-077-8 is only designed for flat towing and wouldn't be able to be used for this purpose. The problem with something like the Curt Dual Hitch Extender # D-192 is that using something like this reduces the total capacity of your hitch by 50%, so it would really put a dent in what you can safely...

  • High Low Adapter Solution for Carrying Winch Plate at Higher Location
The Malone part # MPG544 wasn't rated for use with a winch like you mentioned and since it's not overly heavy duty I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice. Instead I would recommend you go with the Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount part # 325-GH-515 which has several hitch openings that you could use for mounting the winch plate.

  • Recommended Ball Mount Rated for 14,000 Pounds to Fit a 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver
For a high capacity 2 inch ball mount I recommend looking at a Gen-Y # 325-GH-515. This particular one is rated up to 16,000 pounds and offers up to 10 inch drop or rise. Then for a tongue weight scale, should you need one, use part # e99044.

  • Is There A Bumper Mounted RV Cargo Carrier Available With Enough Clearance To Also Flat Tow
A bumper mounted cargo carrier isn't going to leave enough clearance for you to tow a Jeep behind your Forest River Sunseeker 2350LE. You would instead need to use a stacked receiver like the Gen-Y # 325-GH-515 in the rise position along with a hitch mounted carrier like the # C18152. The stacked receiver will have multiple receivers so that you can haul the carrier as well as make sure that your tow bar is level between the motorhome and Jeep.

  • Weight Distribution System Drop Recommendation for Lifted Trucks
For your weight distribution shank I recommend the Reese Weight Dist Shank - Drop Only - 11" Long # RP3344. This shank will give you a 7-5/8" drop using a trunnion-bar system or a 8-5/8" drop using a round bar system. If you have a round bar system, you can get a deeper drop of up to 10 inches with the Curt # C17124. These are the deepest drop shanks we carry based on the bar style of your system. If you need a deeper drop then you will need to use the Gen-Y stackable ball mount to...
