  • Recommended Dual Ball Mount to Tow a Trailer and Use a Bike Rack
Thanks for the picture! To tow a trailer and haul a bike rack off of your Thor Magnitude's hitch, I recommend the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-514. This adjustable ball mount has four 2" receiver openings that will allow you to use both a hitch mounted bike rack and tow your trailer. This ball mount has a 12,000 lbs towing capacity and a 1,500 lbs maximum tongue weight. This will not reduce your motorhome's current capacity. This ball mount includes...

This adjustable ball mount has four 2" receiver openings that will allow you to use both a hitch mounted bike rack and tow your trailer. • Bike Rack Ground Clearance Solution For A 2017 Forest River Forester Motorhome
It's really going to depend on the angle of the road compared to the motorhome so there's no real clear cut answer without actually placing the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR and measuring to find what angle it would start to hit. That being said, the easiest solution would be to use a stacked receiver like Gen-Y's # 325-GH-514 in the rise position to raise the rack higher, without reducing the carrying capacity of the hitch.

  • Recommended Ball Mount for Flat Towing and Using a E-Bike Bike Rack
I have a better solution for you. You can't use an extension like that on a flat towing setup. To tow a trailer and haul a bike rack off of your motorhome's hitch, I recommend the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-514. This adjustable ball mount has four 2" receiver openings that will allow you to use both a hitch mounted bike rack and flat-tow your Trailblazer. • Longest 2" Hitch Fixed Ball Mount With 15,000LB Capacity and 6" Drop
The B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount # BWBMHD30014 is our longest fixed ball mount with a 6" drop and the capacity of 15,000lbs you are needing. It is 10-3/4" from hitch pin center to ball mount center. You will need the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # BWHB94050 and Pin & Clip # PC3. We do have the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-514 that will give you a length of 12-1/4" from hitch pin center to ball mount. • How To Know If You Need A High/Low Adapter To Flat Tow Your 2022 GMC Canyon
If you're flat towing your 2022 GMC Canyon then you'll want to ensure that your tow bar is level between the Canyon and the motorhome. You'll have a 3" "safe zone" from level with a motorhome-mounted tow bar (pictured below). If you fall outside of the 3" safe zone then you'll need to measure the hitch height and baseplate height. You'll measure from the center of the motorhome trailer hitch to the ground for the hitch height and from the ground to the center of the baseplate tabs for...

  • Troubleshooting A Tow Bar That Binds When Making Turns
There's a 3" zone of safety with a motorhome mounted tow bar so being 7" off can cause all sorts of problems. I recommend getting an adapter like the Blue Ox High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # BX88241, which has a 7" rise or drop. If you're wanting to tow some other items like a bike rack you could also use a stacked receiver like the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-514. I also want to note that you shouldn't be backing up with your tow bar and that if you are...

  • Recommendation for Dual Hitch Bike Rack and Ball Mount Compatible with Heavy Trailer
We have a solution for you but it isn't a dual receiver but rather a stacked receiver ball mount. This won't be an adapter so won't reduce the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch like the adapter you asked about. It will allow you to use the top receiver for your 4 Bike Thule Apex # TH9025XT as long as your loaded tongue weight is within the parameters of your trailer hitch. You can also use a weight distribution system if desired at the same time. My recommendation for you...

  • Using a Motorcycle Carrier with a 6 Inch Drop Ball Mount
We do have something that'll work for you; the Gen-Y ball mount, part # 325-GH-514. It's a ball mount with 7-1/2 inches of drop or rise using 4 receiver openings to insert the hitch ball into. Two inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch balls are also included. You can use one of the bottom openings for the hitch ball to obtain the drop you need and the top opening for your motorcycle carrier. The ball mount is rated up to 2,000 pounds of total tongue weight.

From the top of the shank on the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-514 to the top of the hitch ball portion the distance is 3/4-inch. This means you need 3/4-inch clearance from the top of the receiver opening up to the bottom of the bumper. The hole in the 2-ball assembly is 3/4-inch diameter to accept 1-7/8-inch hitch ball # 325-GH-090.

The Curt Rebellion # C57UR XD Shock Absorbing Ball Mount is manufactured in China. If you're looking for something made in the USA, I'd recommend a Gen-Y shock absorbing ball mount for a 2-1/2 inch receiver like # 325-GH-514 which provides up to a 7-1/2 inch rise or drop. The Gen-Y # 325-GH-1125 offers a large 16K capacity featuring a stacked receiver design that's easy to adjust for height. The ball mount can also accept 2 inch hitch accessories, which is pretty convenient. I've linked...

  • Anti-Rattle and Hitch Lock Recommendation for Ball Mount with Solid Shank
Since there isn't a anti-rattle hitch lock combo that fits solid shank ball mounts you'd need to go with separate items to accomplish both. The part # GY88XR fits really tight so it would not be my first choice as it is known to be challenging. Instead, I'd use the part # e99007 which will fit much easier and work better overall as well. Then for a hitch lock you could use the part # BD580400 and you'd be set.

  • Shank With Drop for Blue Ox Weight Distribution System
I believe you are asking about a shank with drop for your Blue Ox weight distribution system. Shanks are interchangeable so as long as you know how much drop you need you can choose what will work for you. For example, the Curt # C17123 shank will work and gives you up to 8-1/4" of drop if your Blue Ox system has trunnion bars or 8-1/2" if it has round bars. There is also the Curt # C17124 which gives you up to 9" of drop with trunnion bars or 10" with round bars; additionally, each of...

The Gen-Y Hitches use a unique stacked receiver design which they say doesn't reduce the tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch at all. Just be sure to subtract the weight of the Gen-Y Hitch (37 lbs) and the carrier...
