The drop is perfect height that allows my tandem axle boat trailer to be level when towing.
I like how quick everything ships. When I buy something, I want it now. Buying from etrailer online is almost like getting it now. I ordered late Saturday night and had it on Tues. Amazing.

It's a drop hitch not much to say, exactly what i ordered, and fast shipping.
Basically I bought this ball-mount after I installed the low-slung hitch receiver from ETRAILER to know I have an ability to haul something if really needed in an emergency situation. The receiver hitch was purchased for my Thule bicycle rack , purchased from Etrailer.
The drop hitch worked perfectly with the front hitch receiver to locate the ball at the perfect height. Parking a trailer in a tight location is easy using the front hitch.
Awesome drop ball mount. The price was right and they shipped it to me quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Inexpensive. Does the job for a small yard trailer. Do not use often enough to justify cost of an alloy one for less weight. If you are fitting and removing your unit to the tow vehicle on a regular basis then you probably will be happier with the alloy drop hitch which is way lighter but more $.
Had to get a 12" drop hitch to pull a very low-sitting trailer. Etrailer came through yet again! Picked up this hitch, ball mount, and factory wiring harness and they fit my needs to a T. Just what I needed, and had no issues putting anything together or hauling the tiny trailer.
product shipped very fast. Was actually called and had my order changed by Etrailer staff to save me @ $30 in shipping fees since I needed the Item by a specific date.
Best $30 ball mount I ever bought. Needed a huge drop because my Ram2500 is lifted 6 inches. This mount allowed my jet ski trailer to be close to level...Etrailer is a wonderful company I buy all my trailering needs through them. I wish I could say the same for their shipper UPS who it took a week for them to get me my package even know I paid for fast shipping. They explained the package was temporarily lost.. I eventually did get my package..

I installed a 4" lift on my Jeep and needed a longer hitch receiver. After searching the Internet I came across eTrailer and they just what I needed. Great service and super fast shipping. Couldn't be happier with the hitch mount and the excellent customer service.
Have not had the opportunity to actually tow but this 11" drop puts my towbar almost level, the 12" drop would have been better however, I felt event that 1 inch more could cause problems with dips in driveway. what I liked was I did not lose weight capacity with this hitch
This drop hitch is being used on a 3/4 ton ram 4x4 that had 24" from the hitch to the ground and will be pulling a small boat trailer thats only 13" off the ground. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but is very heavy duty and well made. E- trailer staff was great and shipping was fast.
Attached are the before and after photos of my truck/trailer after installing the 11" drop trailer hitch. As you can see there is a big difference in the drop which puts the trailer parallel to the ground. I can't wait to load it and see how it maneuvers going down the road at 55 mph.

This is a great hitch. Is exactly as it was shown to be. I have a receiver on the front of my vehicle and needed the ball to be higher so I am using this upside down from normal. It works perfectly for me .
I needed an 11 inch drop hitch and it turned out very hard to find, as soon as I found etrailers I found the one I needed very quickly, ordered it & it was at my house within 2 days, now I am pulling a trailer (level). I also messed up my shipping address during the online order, I called in and talked with a real person and they straightened the order out for me. I would recommend etrailer for all your trailer & towering needs.
Excellent because it's the exact right height for my Tahoe's high hitch to get my utility trailer to ride level. Build quality was great, and delivery fast.
