I received my shipment on time and in good condition. The hitch and ball fit with the correct measurements I needed and looks to be built with high quality but I haven’t pulled my trailer with it yet to rate how it works. I hope to do that soon.

Seems to be a quality ball mount. Just what I needed to get the ball lower to tow my trailer. With this, now the top of the ball is at 16" where it needs to be. Custom built receiver on my old moving box van. Just need to weld on safety chain slots and paint it. Can't drop the lift gate with the receiver in (its pinned on both sides), but hey....I can tow now.
Not that many non-adjustable option for a 12” drop and this one is the best! Love the cushion and it’s very strong. I put that to the test today when I got rear ended with it in the back of my truck. This thing saved the back of my Ram. Came right back to etrailer and ordered a new one!
This mount was used to bring a Buick up to 19 inches to tow a M/C trailer. The rubber insert cushions starts and stops, and the mount worked as it should to trailer one or two motorcycles easily. Recommend this company and this rubberized insert mount!
This is a ball hitch mount that is not a standard unit, problem I had I purchased a new p/u going from a 2500 series which stood higher to a 1500 series standing lower by 4" also lowering 3 1/2" towing a 4800 pound boat as we all know, needing to tow level, that wasn't going to happen, this ball mount did the trick, fits D.O.T. standards also more than what i needed for weight requirements

Great phone service. Quick shipping. Impressed by how well the drop hitch arrived, many times small dense items don’t fair well in transit. Due to double box plus great heavy box and extra attachments to the box this arrived great. Clearly etrailer has this down.
Quick shipment, great heavy duty hitch. USPS took five days to deliver from our local hub, box was damaged. Your packing folks need to cushion on all sides of this heavy hitch, not lay on bottom of the box and pile on the packing. Need training.
My usage of your hitch is a bit unusual, I think. I pull a two ton roller with my Ram and I've used your cushioned hitch to smooth out the process. The roller Lunette just dropped over a 2" ball and then banged and jerked on the ball neck. Check out the photos for my adaptation.. I can flip it over and use the 2" ball!

I use this hitch when I pull my horse trailer to make the stop/start transitions as smooth as possible for the horses in the back. It works great. I also love that its a category IV hitch. Really heavy duty. My truck sits pretty high, and the amount of drop - 8" is perfect. I never worry about hitch failure travelling with my horses - they're a heavy load, and any failure would be a disaster.

I purchased the AMSC10 because I needed a 10" drop hitch to tow my lowboy enclosed trailer with my lifted Toyota Tundra.
I tried several other types of hitches with this towing combo and I was always disappointed. Mostly because of the fit/sloppiness of the ball mount into the receiver. This would cause a lot of noise and the feeling of the trailer "bucking" while hitting bumps and such. The other hitches that I tried were those cool aluminum ones, both a fixed one and an adjustable one. Although they were pretty, both left me very disappointed.
The shipping for this hitch from Etrailer was fast and efficient. I received emails informing me of my order status throughout the whole process. Upon receiving my AMSC10, I tested it out and found it to be a much nicer fit into the receiver.
Once I hooked up to the trailer and began to tow, the difference was extremely noticeable. This hitch is quiet, it doesn't buck, and in fact, comparatively, you wouldn't even know the trailer was behind you unless you looked.
I am actually really excited about towing with this hitch. I know it sounds goofy, because it is, but it makes the task so much more pleasurable with the cushion ball mount. I'm already thinking about buying the 8" drop for my normal trailers.
