Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Gen-Y Phantom-X adjustable ball mount with stacked receivers. Now, this adjustable ball mount is going to slide into your two-inch trailer hitch receiver and it's going to give you three stacked two-inch receivers. So you can hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle with the included ball platform, which is going to give you a mounting point for your hitch ball. This does not include a hitch ball, so if you don't already have one, you would have to pick that up separately. And we do have those options here at etrailer.com.

So overall, this is gonna be a great item for you to consider if you're towing with your 1/2-ton pickup truck or an SUV. These three stacked receivers, again, they're two-inch receivers, they're gonna let you easily adjust the height of the included ball platform or any other Gen-Y hitch accessory you choose to use. So you can tow trailers of different heights all with the same vehicle. Also included is this pin and clip to hold this ball platform into place. It's gonna be very simple to adjust.

Let me give you a brief demonstration of that. So I'm just gonna go ahead and remove the clip, bring this over here and remove the pin. And as you can see, this is gonna be a very smooth operation so I'm just gonna remove that and you can just easily adjust the height just like that. And what I really appreciate about this is, you're not gonna be at the back of your truck struggling to get that height adjustment that you need. And as you can see, the pins are going to slide in very easily, the pin rather, it's gonna slide in very easily.

Then I'm just gonna go ahead and replace that clip just like that. So this has a gross towing weight of 10,000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of a thousand pounds. And I did want to point out that you don't want to use this, the receivers here for flat towing, it's not designed for that, just so you're aware of that. Now, this does have a maximum drop when you have it in this orientation of about 4.5 inches. And then when you flip this over, you're gonna get a maximum rise of about the same 4.5 inches or so.

And this does have 5/8 of an inch in diameter hitch pin hole. The hitch pin and clip are not included with this. You might already have one for your hitch. But if not, we do have lots of options available here at etrailer.com. And we also have locking hitch pins as well. So since this is really kind of an investment that you're making, you might wanna consider a hitch pin lock just to protect this investment on the back of your vehicle. This is made here in the USA of a durable steel construction with a zinc primer and an epoxy coat to help resist rust and corrosion. As you probably know, Gen-Y has a great reputation of building very solid, very robust products and this is no exception to that. This is very durable. It's gonna hold up really well for you for many years to come. Now, the overall height, we're sitting right at about 8 1/4 inches it looks like. And then I took some measurements that aren't really easy to show you on camera with the ruler, but I went ahead and took them before our time together just so you had a good idea of what to expect. Measuring from the center of our hitch pin hole to the center of the hole here of our ball platform, we're sitting right at about 13 1/4 inches on center. And then from the center of our hitch pin hole to the end of the receivers, not including our ball platform, we're sitting at about 9 1/4 inches. And then from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the shank, about 1 3/4 inches. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
