Today we're going to be taking a look at the Polar Hardware T-Strap Hinge for side and rear trailer doors. This strap hinge lets your side or rear trailer door swing open 180 degrees. You can see how easily that pin in there allows it to operate. That is a non-removable pin so that provides a lot of security to the unit, that pin diameter is 1/2". Nice, heavy duty design, stainless steel construction, provides durability and superior corrosion resistance. Overall length, measuring edge to edge, that's going to give us a measurement of about 9-5/8" long. The hinge measures 4-1/2" by about 1-5/8.
The mount holes on the hinge are separated on center by 3-1/4". The strap is going to give us a length measurement of about 8" long by 2" wide. You'll notice that there are three mount holes that are on the strap, those holes are separated apart from one another on center, by 2-7/16". Customer service was great first one I ordered was not available but they worked with me to find an alternative and got back to me quickly. This was my first time buying from etrailer however I need a couple more things for my trailer and will be ordering from here.

Nice construction but different than what I had as far as fitment. Had to shim them to get them to fit properly. Not sure why they changed but I have replaced these before without having to shim
