Hello neighbors. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at this side gate latch for your utility trailers. It's been zinc plated and it's a nice steel construction. So folks, this latch assembly will replace the damaged or worn out latch on the side of your utility trailer gate. It can be easily installed on the right or left side of the trailer depending on how you orientate the hardware and everything.
So it's multi-sided. It can be used either side. It's a nice zinc plated eight gauge steel. It's super durable and it's gonna resist corrosion for years and years to come. The pin here is a half inch thick pin.
This product is made here in the US and as far as all the mounting holes here, the centers are right at two and a half, or sorry, two and 1/8 rather on center. And I'll go ahead and get a measure and stick out here and show you that. So again, center to center, nine holes two and 1/8 inch. So again, folks, you can use it on either side left or right. This is the side gate latch for your utility trailers.
