No need to manually latch and unlatch your trailer door with this plunger-and-socket holder. When you're ready to load or unload, just pop the plunger into the rubber socket to hold your door in place. Zinc-plated steel resists corrosion. My trailer is a 2006 but I don't allow it to "look its age". Etrailer has been helpful in finding parts I need when I need them. This plunger and socket were the perfect replacement for my broken door holder.
Product is exactly like the original parts on the trailer. The service and delivery were excellent.I am extremely pleased with the quality and the professional manor in which everything was handled and if I need anything else I will gladly order from your company again.
Initially, these were too hard to use. Easy to install on my custom teardrop camper but had to push real hard to get them to go together. I added a small amount of silicone grease to the grommet and it was instantly way easier. 1 year later, still working perfectly.
Good quality. These are sturdy & hold the doors securely. I used them on my shed doors so I wouldn't have to fool around with bungee cords or concrete blocks to hold the doors open when needed. Fast shipping, good pricing, & great communication with etrailer.com.
Exact fit to replace an old one on a horse trailer. Delivered very quickly too.
This is exactly what we are looking for and they are very heavy duty and strong! Great customer service and very timely delivery we will definitely order from here again!
This method of holding a door back is superior to other methods not only for looks but for the quietness when lock the door down. This is important around horses that are easily spooked.
The chrome finish adds to the look of the trailer and will last longer than just a rubber bumper.
Works great still using it and would buy from you again if we need anything
Just what I ordered and fast shipping.
as advertised and a GREAT merchant with great communications
I repurposed these to keep my shed doors open. See pictures....Without them, in the South Dakota wind, they would bang around, open and close constantly. These keep them stuck open and they stand-off the perfect amount to not hit the side of the shed. Absolutely love them.
Just replacing some worn-out parts to hold the door open. Great replacement parts!!
Recently bought a Toyota "Mini Winnie" and it needed a door holder and a screen door latch. Found what I needed on etrailer.com, ordered the parts, the order was processed quickly and delivered to my door within a few days. Even got an email from the person who processed the order letting me know it was on the way! Nice!
If the wind is from the wrong direction this door hold back may not hold the door open. The other type door holds would be more secure and a wind would close the door only if the bracket pulled out of the trailer.
Thank you for the prompt way, we had delivery of our order. It was what we needed. and price was good.
This door stopper should of been on trailer from factory, but wasn't put on. Door would slam back if wind caught it right. so don't have to worry about it now.
I really liked the updates and personal care I got on my order from etrailer.com. You’ve certainly got my future business...
The product was exactly as described and what I ordered. I received my order on time and I would recommend etrailer.com to all my friends.
The door holder is working perfectly on the door of my truck camper. It holds much better than the original one that came with the camper. It also holds it at a perfect distance.
The door closure is made of stout metal and well coated with zink. It's a replacement for the rear door of a 1978 Chinook motorhome. I made a good choice!
Strong and lite. Use 100% permanent MARINE ADHESIVE SILICONE or it will come off.
The lights went on easily and look good on my new fenders
I'm happy with the whole purchase
This was larger than I had anticipated but it will still work for what I need. Will order more trailer parts from etrailer.
Very nice, just what I was after, great quality, simple design. In case anyone is wondering the mounting holes are set up for a 1/4” diameter countersunk bolt or screw
I enjoy getting things from e trailer They are always on time and a good company to order from and everything is made of good quality thank you so much
Exact replacement and fast delivery.
