Hi, everyone. Aiden here with EHR.com. And today we're going to be taking a look at this weld-on hinge with stainless steel bushing and pin from Marlboro. It's gonna be great for support along metal doors or gates on your trailer, or even something like a barbecue pit or machinery doors. It's gonna give you that pinching point like you need, and it's gonna be a weld-on design. So it's gonna give you superior strength to something like a bolt on installation and just good for those permanent installs.

You know, you're going to need a hinge and you want it to last a long time. This one is going to be great for that. Now on the outside here, this is going to be aluminum. So that's this piece here slides off, and then this piece here is fixed. So these two are going to be the aluminum.

And the nice thing about aluminum is you don't have to worry about rust and corrosion over time. And on the inside here, where we've got our pin and bushing, those guys are going to be stainless steel. So again, not having to worry about any sort of rust or corrosion with those. So you can count on this hinge, staying in really good condition, operating smoothly over a long period of time. Movement between here is pretty smooth.

Plus once you get it welded on and you've got a door that you we're actually pulling from or a gate you're going to have really great leverage. I don't think it's going to be a really rough operation for the pin or the hinge at all. Now let's get some measurements. On our overall length here from end to end, it's going to be seven and seven eighth of an inch long. And then we've got this part where it's mostly round all the way around, but then right here, if I kind of turn it to the side, you can see it comes to a point giving us nice two nice flat surfaces to actually weld this on somewhere.

So for our overall height, from the bottom to the top of that kind of raised triangular portion, that is going to be one and one eighth of an inch. And then for our outer diameter here, the circular part, that's going to be a three quarter inch diameter. Now, if we open up the hinge here and look at our pin, it's going to be a five eighth inch diameter pin. And then we do offer a replacement part for the bushing. If yours we're to get damaged or something, or if you maybe lose it before installation, once you do get this whole thing installed, I doubt you should have any issues with the bushing, but if for whatever reason you need a replacement, we do offer that the replacement part is going to be 23 millimeters across on your outside diameter. And that's about all there is to it. I think it's a really well-built hinge and I think it's going to serve you really well. However you plan on using it. Thanks for watching..
