This Blaylock EZ Lock is designed to work with trigger-style, latch-style, or handwheel-style couplers that fit 1-7/8", 2", or 2-5/16" hitch balls. After it has been secured, this coupler lock renders your trailer's coupler inoperable, ensuring peace of mind.
With the slanted side of the lock pointed toward the front of the coupler, simply place the coupler lock's raised ball up under the coupler and into the coupler's ball hole. The sides of the lock will surround the coupler. Slide the 3/4" diameter pin through 1 of the 3 pin hole positions on the lock, selecting the position that will hold the lock snugly in place on your coupler. Then secure the pin in place with the included Master Lock padlock.

I like the build and quality of this coupler lock. It's great that I don't have to worry about it rusting, and definitely feels like it would deter most theft attempts. I'm sure it could be taken off with enough effort and heavy tools by someone motivated but that can be said for many coupler locks.
This is a simple to use and secure lock for my new trailer. The Blaylock coupler lock will not rust and the MasterLock SS padlock works perfectly with it. Worth the peace of mind. Good service from etrailer and I would use them again.

Item was returned. Poor shape to the ball and it would not go on my trailer
Very solid. Multiple holes provide ability to fit and the small ball locked it in place. I had some difficulty attaching one but was able to get it with multiple attempts. I’m confident my flatbed trailers are now secure. etrailer assistance is very helpful.
It looks well built but it didn't fit my camper
Have used one of the Receiver Locks on a flat bed trailer and it works fine. Haven't tried the one we bought for a bale trailer as the trailer is still hooked to the pickup. Fast service. Box was damaged but everything was in it.

Locks are working fine and we like them
I ordered 4 of these keyed alike. I live on a small peninsula surrounded by saltwater, my old locks rusted up and became useless. This lock setup is beefy and shouldn’t rust i I p on me. The shipping was fast and keyed alike option is great.

The coupler locks are perfect. They’ve been used in a coastal environment for a year and no corrosion issues.
Super heavy duty! Solid steel bar. Solid steel lock. As everybody knows if a professional thief wants your trailer they’re gonna get your trailer. But if it’s parked on private they don’t want to get shot trying. The point of these locks is to cause the thief to skip your trailer and steal another. That works for me.

Still use and rely on it.
Solid lock - seems like it would be harder to remove with brute force than the typical u-locks for trailers.
One solid piece of Hardware ! wow the service was excellent - i ordered on a Sunday and got ship notification that is was shipped out on Sunday - who works on Sundays ? these guys do ! Can't wait to get it on my boat trailer at the lake, only asset that is not secured - now i will sleep with no worries - 60 bucks to secure a $2,000 trailer is a no brainer - get one !

Excellent device, worth the peace of mind
While it states it can be used up to 2-5/8, the ‘ball’ end of the lock isnt big enough for the hitch to hold it; with the hitch mechanism fully closed it just falls out!?! Would be great if it did as I would also throw a lock on the mechanism for added Security... not impressed!?!
Easy to attach to my 19' travel trailer. It's bigger than I expected and It seems a little loose, but should provide enough deterrence to stop thieves. The Master lock is a perfect addition.

After one year, its still working out well. This product should last a lifetime.
This is a great hitch lock, it fits all my trailers, so I ordered another one. I use it on my rv to help secure it as I live in a rural area with. The hitch is easy to use and is adjustable to fit most if not all hitches.
Nice sturdy hitch lock, bought a cheap Reese style hitch lock and lost the key and was able to drill the lock mechanism out faster than unlocking it with a key, this system has a better idea with the master lock, about as good as your going to get to keep the thieves away who don't have a grinder to cut the hitch lock off the hitch

I like this lock. It is beefy and will be a theft deterrent. It is also simple to install and remove. I found that the _inside_ dimension is 5.5 inches wide - the outside width is 6.5 inches. It just fits the coupler on my trailer. It would be even better if it were painted bright red or orange.
This is the third one I have purchased. We have three trailers and needed a third one. I think it is the best lock on the market. I have had two other styles and with a hammer they could be broke off. Not with this one.
Just bought a travel trailer, put the coupler lock on there and feel secure with that on there. Fits nice and snug. Thanks
I got the lock this afternoon and my trailer has not been stolen yet!!

The locks I bought have provided the security and confidence because my trailers have been stored in a remote area. My step son even bought one for his trailer. Good product for reasonable price.
