  The arms of the Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 that stick out get bolted to the uprights of the system, but there's no reason you couldn't remove those bolts and the arms of the rack when needed. The included arms are 12 inches long, I wish we had a 24 inch long set that I could recommend for you but we do not. The only other option we have that I think could carry some wreaths would be the part # RA-11. You would need several of these though as they can only carry two wreaths.

  There is a hole at the back of the shelf bracket in the Rackem Shelf Kit for Enclosed Cargo Trailers, item # RA-24. See photo at right. This hole goes all of the way through the bracket and a bolt and nut or other hardware can be used to secure wooden shelves to the brackets. At the front of the bracket there is a hook that secures the shelf front to back and up and down.   The Side Wall Adjustable Shelf Supports # RA-24 would work much better for PVC pipe organized than it would the black iron pipe. The issue with the pipe is the weight. Too much of it would be too heavy for this system. Using several of the Quick Fist Super Clamps, # QF20020, might be a better solution. Each clamp can support up to 50 pounds.
