etrailer's service and delivery was excellent! Very professional, fast and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable.
Dexter's brake hubs, however, leave a lot to be desired. They couldn't put less paint on these assemblies if they tried! The paint is so patchy and thin that I will have to disassemble them, paint the components properly and reassemble before installing them on my trailer otherwise they will be rusty within days. Come on Dexter, if you are going to bother painting these assemblies then for goodness sake paint them properly!

George - 04/10/2022Purchased Dexter 3,500 lb backing plate assembly with brakes including manual brake. Parts were genuine Dexter. Installation has helped in the restoration of a Sloan Kwik Load car trailer I recently acquired.

Bolted up perfectly
At Ruger Trailers we have been getting more requests for Dexter electric brakes with the parking brake feature. After attempting to order through our normal distributors we were disappointed at the lack of availability and high prices. Went through etrailer and got exactly what we needed in two days at a very good price. Good experience!
Maybe you should add to your web page also bought with this product for instance I bought brakes and drum and forgot bearing kit witch I ended up buying local and would have bought from you
