These custom-fit towing mirrors slide onto your Chevrolet Suburban's existing mirrors to expand your field of vision. Tool-free installation - included arm hooks to the inside edge of the factory mirror and tightens into place with a hand knob.

These towing mirrors are designed to seamlessly fit the contours of your factory side-view mirrors. Plus, they won't scratch or mark your factory mirrors when mounted. Installation is a snap: Just slide the towing mirror over your OEM mirror and insert the provided arm and hand knob through the back of the mirror housing. Then hook the arm around the inside edge of your OEM mirror. Finally, tighten the hand knob to secure the towing mirror in place.

What's going on, everybody. Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the longview custom fit towing mirrors. So just to give you guys my opinion on these custom fit towing mirrors, definitely going to be a huge upgrade from the universals. Just one, I do think this is going to be a lot sturdier. It is going to be functional, so it is going to get the job done.
But I also just love the look of it. I don't necessarily like seeing other people on the road with those universal towing mirrors. I just rather have those big long ones from the factory, but they're extremely expensive. This is going to give you kind of that factory look fresh out of the box, and I would definitely recommend these to all you guys out there.It is made of a very, very, very hard plastic, so even with the chips that come through and stuff like that, they might wear away over time and get a little bit of divots or whatever. But to be honest, it really is protecting your guys' factory mirrors.
So whether it's just bugs or even rocks or gravel, if you guys are going down a gravel road, whatever comes up here, it is going to protect it as well, which is definitely a plus for me. Not only is this going to allow you to see those longer or wider loads you guys may be hauling, it's also going to extend your view even more just to give you guys more peace of mind going down the road. You'll be able to see more people and things around just so you're not just sitting there white-knuckling the wheel, making sure everything's good back there. With these towing mirrors, it's going to keep you guys extra safe, your loads extra safe, and of course everybody around you.So with this custom fit towing mirror, we are going to get one extra mirror out of it. It's going to be flat, and it is going to be able to pivot up and down and side to side as well.
So it's going to be able to adjust for whatever kind of load you guys may be hauling. What really sets this towing mirror apart from most is just the fact that it contours really nicely to the factory towing mirror, and it's going to allow you to see those longer loads behind you. But also we're not losing the functionality of the blinkers on our Ram here so that is definitely a plus. Just know, whenever you guys do end up buying these, which I do recommend them, we're not going to lose any functionality like that. We are going to be able to pivot this in just to maybe protect these mirrors from anything from happening.If you guys get to your guys' spot, you guys are parked, we are adding a decent amount of length to the end of our towing mirror so to be able to fold this in without having any contact with the trim or the window here is definitely going to be a plus.
So I don't think anybody's going to clip your mirrors whenever they're parking or getting going. And if you guys have a chrome mirror or if it's just painted like your car, you guys don't have to worry about it getting scratched because we do have a bunch of different bumpers on the inside of this housing that's going to be hugged up against your mirror so you don't have to worry about it getting scratched or anything like that over time. Well, everyone that just about does it for a look at the longview custom fit towing mirrors.

Tool-free installation - included arm hooks to the inside edge of the factory mirror and tightens into place with a hand knob.Mirrors slipped on perfectly on my 1991 Chevy Silverado pick up. The hooks that came with the mirrors were not long enough to hook in front of my stock mirrors. I was able to use the hooks attached to the stock mirror bars that the stock mirrors are attached to. That was enough to support the slip on mirrors. They look great, much better than the strap on mirrors I had before.
Product appears to be very good for the price. Easy to install. Easy on and off. Package was damaged upon arrival, but contents were in good shape, and all there.

There may be custom fit option that you can find by entering your year, make, and model into our fit guide. We also have several universal towing mirrors that have different designs and attachment options. I have provided a couple of links for your reference.

Rachael H - 8/18/2017The product that I purchased was the LVT1000 - the towing mirrors for my 1987 Chevrolet Suburban R10 (half ton model) 2WD. The mirrors fit just like a glove and actually add beauty to the truck...The enclosed trailer that I just bought is 8.5' X 24' and is extremely wide and basically takes up the entire lane, so I needed a mirror that would allow me to see down the sides and also see the traffic approaching from the rear...This is a fantastic item and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...I just retired after 20 years of being a cross country semi-truck driver and I know what I am talking about...DRIVE CAREFULLY !
I have an old Chev. work truck with toolboxes throughout the back. Seeing around the toolboxes are impossible with the custom mirrors that are on the truck. This was the only solution for the safety of this truck without spending unnecessary funds. I like these mirrors and they have preformed very well for us.
Product delivered to my door on time. One note I would add is that the box is the original manufacturers box, so be cautious if it is a gift. The mirrors look great and seem very durable.
Bought these mirrors for my old 85 Chevy K20 to pull my camper. The fit is very good and couldn't be easier to throw on the truck mirrors quickly. The mirrors do as they should and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again if needed. Shipping was fast which is much appreciated. Thank you for the great service!

I have an older GMC Pickup and very please to find these mirror extensions still available. Quality is very good. Added enough mirror to see around enclosed car trailer.

Mirrors fit as they were advertised. No rattles and tight fit! Installed on my 1983 Chrevrolet K20
Lasted about 3-4 months before mirrors fell out of the housings. Not a long term solution.
These are easy to mount and work well once they are adjusted. The adjustment is a pain and needs two people to do it quickly and efficiently. I can see around the 108" trailer with them.
Super easy to install. Works great!
