Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Demco wireless LED light bar. This light bar is going to mount on your rear window of your towed vehicle. It's going to provide your taillights as well as brake lights as you can see in this video demonstration here. So there are brake lights, and then it can also show your left turn signal and your right turn signal. So this is going to mount in your rear window and it'll allow other drivers coming up from behind to better see your signal so they can know if you're turning or changing lanes and that sort of thing.

So this is gonna be great for your flat towing or dolly towing setups where your vehicle is gonna be blocking the lights from your motor home. This will help those drivers see your lights better. And this does utilize a wireless technology so you're not gonna have to worry about cutting or splicing into your vehicle's wiring. This is going to also eliminate wires running from your coach back to your towed vehicle. The transmitter is going to plug right into your seven way plug on your coach.

Still going to allow you to plug in your breaking system or your dolly's lights so everything is still going to operate properly. Then it will also transmit that signal up to the light bar. And these are paired together so it's going to eliminate any interference between them. And then your light bar is going to plug into your 12 volt power port in your towed vehicle. They do give you 11 1/2 feet of cord here so you can get it plugged in wherever it's gonna be convenient for you.

Gives you plenty of length to get to your auxiliary port. Because this is going to plug right into your 12 volt power, it is going to require that your vehicle be hooked up to the battery. So if your vehicle needs to be disconnected from the battery for towing, I would recommend the Demco hard wire power outlet kit so you can get that installed. And then that will still allow this to be powered while the rest of your vehicle is disconnected from the battery. This is going to have that window suction cup there.

You got a couple of different configurations in how you can get this mounted. You've got that mount that's going to be pretty flexible making sure that this is gonna be very easily seen. You do wanna make sure that this is going to shine through your window, so you wanna make sure that the back window does not have any more tinting than came from the factory. Otherwise it might be too dark to shine through there and let other motors see those light signals. Our overall width, we're looking at just shy of 17" there, so it is going to be fairly easy to get installed. It's not gonna take up a whole lot of room with that suction cup there. Give you a nice sturdy connection to your rear window so it will stay installed. You won't have to worry about it coming loose and that sort of thing with that a nice powerful suction cup that we have there. And this is made here in the USA so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the US. And so if you are a little concerned about other motorists being able to see your lights as you're towing your vehicle, this is gonna be a great addition for you.
