2014 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 - Pilot Magnetic Tow Lights - Red LEDs - 4-Way Flat and 7-Way RV Connector - Wireless

  • Removable Tail Light Kit
  • Bypasses Vehicle Wiring
  • Pilot Automotive
  • Magnetic Mount
  • Universal

Removable LED lights provide signal lights for your towed car without you having to tap into the car's wiring or run wires under the car. Antenna plugs into your RV's 4-way or 7-way connector and sends a signal to the magnetic lights.

  • Removable tow lights provide stop, tail, and turn functions for your towed car or trailer
  • No need to wire into your trailer or tap into wiring on your towed car
  • Wireless design eliminates the hassle of running cords every time you tow
  • Detachable antenna on trailer connector sends signal that triggers tow lights
    • Bends and rotates for optimal signal
    • Plugs into 4-pole flat or 7-way, blade-style trailer connector on RV or tow vehicle
    • Functions from over 100' away
  • Heavy-duty magnets on the light bases provide a secure grip
    • Foil covering and solid rubber molding around the magnet help to prevent scratches on your car or trailer
  • Long-lasting LEDs are more efficient, faster acting, and brighter than incandescent light bulbs
  • On/off switch on each light lets you use the lights as needed, conserving battery power
  • Durable polycarbonate bases and lens housings
  • Sealed lenses keep moisture out and prevent corrosion
  • Locking pins secure each light to its base
    • Spring-loaded design lets you quickly release each light so you can easily access the battery compartments
  • Handle on top of each base lets you easily carry and position the lights
  • Dust cap covers 4-pole connector when it's not in use to keep out dirt and moisture
  • DOT and SAE compliant
  • 12 AAA batteries (not included) are required to power the lights

  • Light dimensions: 5-1/4" wide x 5-7/8" tall
  • Operates on a standard 12-volt system
  • 1-Year warranty

Note: The 4-way flat plug on the included connector will only work with a car-end 4-way plug that hangs from your vehicle. If your 4-flat is mounted to the rear of your vehicle with a bracket, you will need to use an adapter loop (sold separately).

Wireless tow lights install on your vehicle without the hassle of wiring.

These wireless, removable tow lights make it easy to add running lights, brake lights, and turn signals to your towed car or trailer. With this setup, you won't need to tap into existing wiring for installation. With other magnetic tow lights, you have to run cords from the lights to the front of the towed car or trailer - and then run an additional cord to connect to your tow vehicle - every time you need to tow. These tow lights work wirelessly to eliminate that hassle. And the wireless design also allows you to move the lights from one vehicle or trailer to another in minutes.

Foil covers magnet to protect your trailer or towed vehicle's paint.

The lights attach directly to almost any metal surface with the built-in heavy-duty, foil-covered magnets, which won't damage your vehicle's paint. And the handy on/off switch lets you use the lights only when you need them, saving battery power.

7-Way, RV-style connector7-Way connector plugged in.

Setup is simple. The included trailer connector has a 7-way plug on one end and a 4-way plug on the other end for versatile use. Plug the connector into the 4-way flat or the 7-way, RV-style port on your RV or tow vehicle. A built-in, detachable antenna on the connector bends and rotates so you can adjust it to get the optimal signal. Turn the switch on each light to "on," and attach the tow lights to the back of your towed car or trailer, as far apart as is practical. There are no wires connecting the lights to each other, so you don't have to worry about securing any excess wiring.

Each light conveniently detaches from its base.

Each light detaches from its base so you can easily access the battery compartment. Six AAA batteries (not included) power each light.

We have used the lights a couple times since purchasing them. they seem to work great. when we put the Jeep into storage, we always remove the batteries and remove the lights from the mounting plates for storage.

Haven't yet got the dozen AA batteries the lights need, but they appear to be very well made, big and bright. The transmitter needs a better way to mount it, but a bungee cord served. 665031

The only significant steel was the rear tow hooks on the back of the Gladiator. The plastic buttons on the back had to be removed to let the magnets get a hold. Tie down straps had to used to safely secure the lights. Otherwise, works nicely without having to splice into the vehicle wiring 700163

After buying many, many sets of the wired tow lights for my portable sign business and having to constantly untangle and repair the wires, I decided to spend the extra $ and get something good. These lights work great, just remember to turn off the switches on the lights after use as they run on batteries. I would have paid extra for a case as they are very nice lights and I want to keep them in something safe after use. Great product highly recommend. 149238

I had previously given these a 5 star and I have had these lights less than a year now and the magnet did not hold the lights to the trailer and I just got done picking up the pieces off the highway. Very disappointed with these lights and will not replace them with a wireless system.

Not good! I hit a bump and for some reason 1 of the lights separated from the base where the battery compartment is and the light fell off and was run over by multiple cars. I have 30 pieces. They worked good up to this point and I am not sure why it separated it was secure.

Thanks for the follow up and information Judy. I see one of our customer service representatives has been in contact with you and with the manufacturer about the warranty of these lights. If you have any further questions please feel free to let us know.

2016 Jeep Wrangler

The Pilot magnetic tow lights - wireless arrived with expedited shipping as expected . The plugged the lights into my RV to test them. They worked flawlessly. I did attach them to my Jeep Wrangler and was very concerned with the magnet holding them to the metal of the Jeep. The slightest bump in the road would knock them off the body. The magnet is not very strong. Since I have taillight guards on my Jeep. I had to secure them to the body with two large zip ties. Also one of the plastic latches that hold the light assembly to the light bracket fell off for some reason. If the holding magnet was a lot stronger, I would rate these lights higher. The convenience and price are great. 486679

I tow a Denali behind my coach and use an Airforce One braking system which requires me to disconnect the Denali battery while towing. Therefore I needed lights for the back of the Denali. I made mounts which insert into the rear pockets in the pickup bed. Tail lights and break lights work well, however the left turn signal blinks only once when needed. The right turn signal works good. 488082

I haven't used either of the two products I ordered yet. They were bought in advance for a trip we are taking next month. As for eTrailer? It, once again, has been a pleasure doing business with them (that's why they are my 1st stop for all things towing). Ask a question, get an answer, order parts, get what you ordered and always quicker than what I expect. 220740

Purchase the Pilot magnetic tow lights with wireless controller. worked very well. I was worried about whether the magnetic would hold up under wind when traveling since I could not find any information on wind test. I put a zip tie on each of the lights so I would not lose them in case they didn't stay on. But they did over 800 miles. I still plan on using zip ties just to be sure. Overall, I would give the lights a thumbs up. 172634

  • Plug and Play Lights for Flat Towing 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
There is one plug and play option for lights when you are flat towing your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, although it would use magnetic lights as opposed to the Jeep's lights. You would need the Pilot Magnetic Tow Lights - 4-Way Flat and 7-Way RV Connector - Wireless # NV-5164 which will plug into your Jeep's 4-way or 7-way to send signals to the mounted lights when you turn or brake. To use your Jeep's lights you'll need to splice into the wiring with the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to...
