Recommended Flat Towing Setup for a 1993 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer
Yes you are going to need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00 with the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 102-1. Additionally, to complete your flat towing setup you're going to need a wiring kit # RM-15267 and a braking system # RM-9060.

Base Plate Kit Recommendation for Towing a 1995 Geo Tracker
You will need the Roadmaster Standard Base Plate Kit, item # 118-1, or the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, item # 118-3, for your 1995 Geo Tracker. If you will not be towing the vehicle often I would recommend the standard base plate kit but if you are planning on towing more often then I would recommend the XL base plates with one of the nicer tow bars for convenience. Parts Suggestions for Flat Towing 1996 Geo Tracker
A tow bar isn't vehicle specific, so it will work with just about any vehicle that has a compatible base plate kit installed on it. For a 1996 Geo Tracker 2 door, you'd want to use the Demco # DM9517023 base plate kit which is compatible with your tow bar. You'll also need safety cables like the # RM-643 if you don't have them already.
