Video Transcript for LubriMatic Tools - Grease and Lubricants - L11465 Review

Today we're going to be taking a look at the LubriMatic disc and drum brake and wheel bearing grease. The grease is recommended for wheel bearings, discs, and drum brakes, chassis lubrication, virtually all automotive and industrial applications. The grease is specifically formulated for extreme temperature and pressure conditions. It's also designed to resist water and oxidation. Base type is polyurea. It's rated NLGI number 2GC-LBNASTMD-4950.

It's fully made in the USA. This is a 14 ounce cartridge. It's got the easy opening lid right here. This gives you a look at the color of the grease. It's a turquoise, bluish green color.

It also says right here, it's got an arrow indicator that says, "Insert this end first into the grease gun." The drop point is 520 degrees Fahrenheit, and that's simply the temperature before the grease liquefies. That's going to do it for today's look at the LubriMatic disc and drum brake and wheel bearing grease.

Before I ordered any grease from anyone... I checked around on-line for information on what I should be looking for, as far as specifications and usage. Then I checked to see what etrailer. had. I've ordered from etrailer several times before and been very satisfied with the products and the service. This product more than met the requirements I wanted, and I learned from my very first order, the people at etrailer are paying attention! I can't see what this stuff is actually doing... so, I have to believe in who is selling it. 151129

We recently placed an order for several items. However, an issue arose with an out of stock item. Ensuring that the order would not be delayed, the etrailer team substituted a comparable product. This makes for great customer service. Sometimes the test of a company is how they respond to issues that arise. All of the staff that we have dealt with have provided excellent service. They definitely get five stars from us. 432690

I purchased to grease a trailer that I just purchased. Having never done this before, I had no idea how much I needed to do all of the EZ-Lube wheel bearings. I bought one tube and this got me through two wheels. I ended up ordering two more tubes that I'm now waiting on. I think half a tube per EZ-Lube wheel. So two tubes for a trailer with four wheels. I ordered an extra tube to make sure. 51424

Great Grease! I prefer this in trailer bearings that do not need marine grade grease. I cannot buy this grease in tubes locally and only one store sells this by the small can. I made sure recently to purge the unknown grease out of my camper bearings and replaced with this brand as I know it and trust this product. I wanted to get tubes for my now dedicated grease gun for my trailers and etrailer was the only way to go. etrailer has the best price and ordering tubes allows me to put the same bearing grease into my Bearing Buddies as I packed my bearings with. 92211

  • What is the Recommended Maintenance Schedule on a Trailer
The recommended schedule to grease your wheel bearings is every 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. You can use the red grease # L11390 for trailer wheel bearings if you wanted. You can also use wheel bearing grease # L11465 which is designed for use on trailer running gear, including wheel bearings. It also has a slightly higher temperature rating, 520 degrees, compared to 510 degrees for the red grease. When adding new grease you will need to make sure that the new...

  • How Do You Know When to Add Grease to Bearing Buddies on a 5th Wheel Trailer
Some Bearing Buddies have an Auto Check feature that uses a blue ring that will be flush with the top of the cylinder when full of grease.
