This custom-fit, low-profile tonneau cover protects your truck bed from the elements and reduces drag to improve gas mileage. The soft, roll-up cover provides full truck bed access in seconds, and it secures at the tailgate with a single latch. The double-sided vinyl skin and aluminum frame rails ensure durability. Weather-Tite seals help keep water out of your truck bed, and a manual tension control lets you keep the cover tight. The cover clamps to the inside of your bed rails, leaving your stake pockets and side rails free for other truck bed accessories. And as a bonus it comes with a bottle of cover cleaner, tailgate seal, a flashlight, and a pair of work gloves.
Convenient, Roll-Up Design
The Lo-Roll conveniently rolls up in seconds so you can easily access your entire truck bed. This allows you to haul large or tall cargo in your truck bed without the need to completely remove the cover.
A patented latching system lets you easily open and close the cover. Simply lower your tailgate and press the single latch lever on the passenger's-side rail. This will free the tailgate channel so you can roll up the cover.
You can secure the rolled up cover behind your cab by hooking the attached J-hooks to the integrated safety straps.
To close the cover, just unroll it and press down on the tailgate channel until the latch clicks into place. Your truck bed and cargo are secure with the cover latched and your tailgate closed and locked.
Sturdy, Weather-Resistant Construction
The Lo-Roll is constructed of durable materials, including the aluminum rails and bows and the double-sided black vinyl skin. The cover is also rated to hold up to 150 lbs of evenly distributed weight so it can withstand heavy snows and other loads.
The skin is made of 24-oz vinyl with a textured, black finish that is tear resistant. It has been treated to resist mildew, rot, and UV rays, and it has been tested to withstand extreme temperatures of -40 to 210 degrees F. It is double-sided so the bottom has the same protective coating as the top. This protects the underside of the cover from the elements when it's rolled up.
The rails and bows are made of lightweight, rustproof aluminum with a black epoxy powder coat. This epoxy coating is longer lasting when compared with traditional powder coating.
The Lo-Roll has strong seams with marine-grade Terelyne stitching. This specially coated thread swells to fill the stitching holes during manufacturing so it's more difficult for dirt and moisture to seep through the seams. For added strength, the Lo-Roll also has 4 stitches per inch compared with the industry-standard 3 stitches per inch found on most comparable covers.
Weather-Tite Seals Keep Out the Elements
The cover has Weather-Tite rubber seals along the front cab rail, side rails, and tailgate channel that form a water-resistant barrier to keep rain out of your truck bed. These seals are designed to withstand cold, heat, salt, and UV rays.
The Lo-Roll includes multiple additional seals to help create a truly water-resistant bed for your cargo. A thick, weather-seal flap is sewn into the front of the cover to stop leaks at the cab. A Sure Seal tailgate seal creates a barrier against dust and moisture at the back of your truck. And if your truck has plastic factory bed caps, a bulkhead filler gasket is included to fill the space between your cab and the truck bed to keep out water.
Tension Control Keeps Cover Tight
Tonno Pro's patented tension control system keeps your cover tight over years of service. You can manually adjust the tension with plates located near the cab on both side rails.
These plates have posts on the undersides that are inserted into holes in the rails. The plate posts should be inserted into the holes closest to the cab when first installing your cover. Simply move the plate post to the next hole in the rail to adjust the tension if the cover becomes loose over time. There are a total of 3 holes on each rail that allow you to adjust the tension in 3/16" increments.
Easy, No-Drill Installation
The Lo-Roll is easy to assemble and installs with no drilling involved. The cover side rails mount with 8 C-clamps - 4 per side - to the inside of your truck's bed rails. Use a 17-mm wrench to tighten the clamps in place.
To mount the cover, attach the integrated bulkhead channel to the side rails with the included sliding T-bolts. Drop the bolts through the large holes in the tension control panels and the side rails at the cab. Fasten washers and nylon lock nuts to the T-bolts and tighten.
Once the bulkhead channel is secured to the rails you can unroll the cover. Simply release the straps and unroll it to the tailgate. The cover has built-in support bows that will rest on the rails as you unroll the cover.
When the cover is unrolled, press down on the tailgate channel until the latch clicks into place in the locking mechanism on the passenger's-side rail. Press down on the Velcro strips along the side rails to give the cover a smooth look.
Accessory Friendly Cover
Since the Lo-Roll is mounted inside your truck's bed rails you will still have access to your stake pockets. The cover will not interfere with your ability to use ladder racks, tie downs, or other accessories.
The cover can also be installed on trucks with rail caps, bed liners, and side rails.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover. It's available to fit a wide range of trucks. See etrailer.com for your fit. The Tonno Pro Lo-Roll Soft Tonneau Cover is the perfect addition for covering up your fifth wheel, gooseneck, or any other gear in the back of your truck bed. It has a roll up design that gives you full truck bed access. To do that, we'll let down our tailgate. We'll push in on the release on the passenger side, and then we'll begin rolling it up.
When we get to the cab, the safety straps on each side prevent it from unrolling. The rails themselves sit on the inside of our truck bed about three inches. The three integrated bows prevent water from pooling. The large hook and loop fasteners on each side help maintain that smooth look in all climates. It features a large rubber tailgate seal that's going to prevent any elements from getting inside your truck bed here at the rear. It also features an adjustable tension plate we can add tightness over time. The cover is a double-sided tear resistant vinyl.
It's an aerodynamic low profile design compared to most tonneau covers, and it only sits about an inch on top of our truck bed rails. The whole thing is rated to hold up to 150 pounds of evenly distributed weight. As an added bonus, Tonno Pro has included a promo pack. We get some gloves, some vinyl cleaner so we can maintain our tonneau cover, and finally, a light, so we can see on the inside of our truck bed with our cover rolled out. With it opened up, here on the inside you can see how the rails are mounted. It's a simple clamp-on insulation with no drilling required.

Installed at night after work and before the rains started. It was so could, I had to wait for the sun to come out to stretch the top out to seal it. fortunately the rain held off. the next week I took a trip with my wife, put out bags in the back and they stayed dry through the downpours we drove through. It looks great on my truck. I'm totally pleased with it. and will be keeping the bed covered, except for when hauling big items.

It is not water tight. I tried to inform them that it is to short for my 2019 Sierra, but I was informed it was made for my truck. The leather also starts to stretch to much after about 6 months. It now has wrinkled areas on it. The one good thing is this cover opens and closes easy.

My cover works well for many applications. It was relatively easy to install, and once in place it has been a great asset. I have a couple things I wish were not true. There is still a bit of water that finds its way into the bed. It is way better than the Truxedo I had on before, but it is still frustrating at times. Also, the latch to lock it in place has moved a few times do I have to adjust and slide it back to the right or it won't catch. It is now routine, but is a bit of a pain. Overall, I'm happy with it.

After a year, product has held up very well to wind, rain, and snow in my travels, as well as the daily Phoenix heat. Velcro still holds very well and cover has not required adjusting for tension. Installation was fairly simple but definitely recommend two people to keep rails level while tightening clamps. Clamps tend to turn on you when tightening hard. Wear gloves! Clamp edges are sharp. Overall, I would recommend this product. Fits F250 short bed with bed liner perfectly. In my opinion, the best roll up cover for the price.

This the first soft cover I have ever had on one of my trucks. I talked to a few friends about what they liked and disliked about their covers,and I did some research on a few different covers and the Tonno Pro seemed to have the features that I wanted. Installing the cover was pretty easy. The cover looks really sharp also. i hope it lasts a good long time and I think it will.
