C-Channel Tracks

Channel Tracks

Built into the sidewalls of the LittleGiant and GearWagon trailers are C-channel tracks. These tracks are where the Let's Go Aero D-ring tie-down anchors are designed to be mounted. The included hardware allows you to slide each D-ring along the track before tightening it into place. As a result, it is fast and easy to secure cargo exactly where you want it. And because you can slide the anchors along the tracks, you can move them out of the way to make room for other Let's Go Aero accessories as well. In addition, because these D-rings mount on the top of your trailer's sidewalls, rather than on the floor of your trailer like many other tie-down anchors, attaching and tightening straps is simple.

They were perfect. I purchased a new trailer for my motorcycles. The trailer had adjustable D rings in a rail system. The problem was that they only put 4 D rings in and I have a TriGlide and an Ultra Classic. These D rings fit the C channel and are a good quality.

Everything was what I needed and like the fast shipment.

  • Could D-Ring Tie-Down Anchors, part # MMP543 Fit in Bed Rail Channel of Toyota Tacoma
The width of the track nut that slides into a channel of the D-Ring Tie-Down Anchors, part # MMP543 is 3/4 inches. This is a very common size that works for roof rack channels so you'd need to check to see the width of your Tacoma's deck rail channel to see if it would fit.

The D-Ring Tie-Down Anchors, part # MMP543 are designed to fit the C-channel on Let's Go Aero Trailers and has not been test-fit on a 2016 Nissan Frontier. • How Do The D-Ring Tie-Down Anchors for C-Channels on Lets Go Aero Trailers Install?
I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to when you say "aero rails" but I think you're referring to the aero style roof rack bars like the Rhino Rack # RRVA150B-2 that have a channel mounting slot- in which case you would be correct. The D-Ring Tie Down Anchors # MMP543 are designed to mounted in any type of bar that has a "C" type channel. These specific rings were designed to fit snugly in the channels of Lets Go Aero utility trailers- they will fit in other applications that use rails...

  • Towing Recommendations with a Toyota Prius
When I researched the weight of your Vespa LX50 it exceeds the Class 1 hitch tongue weight that would be compatible with a cargo carrier. An alternative would be to tow your Vespa behind your vehicle using a utility trailer. Although Toyota doesn't recommend towing with your vehicle, if you choose to do it anyway here is an option I can offer you since the recommended towing weight on the hitch is higher. I would recommend the Draw-Tite brand hitch # 24847 and drawbar # 3593. We offer...

  • Hitch Recommendations for a 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit with a Dirt Bike
The hitches for your 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit have only 1-1/4 inch hitch openings and a 200 lb. tongue weight. Your dirt bike weighs more than that, so your options are limited but I have a solution that will work for you. Please note that you will always want to check your owners manual regarding any towing restrictions or limitations for your vehicle. An alternative to a hitch mounted carrier would be to tow your dirt bike behind your vehicle using a utility trailer. I would recommend...

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendations for 2014 Toyota Prius
You'd first want to equip your Prius for towing by installing a trailer hitch. I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class I trailer hitch, part # 24847. For a trailer wiring harness, use part # C56147. You'll also need a drawbar, part # 3594 and the appropriately sized trailer ball. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, use # 19256 or for a 2 inch ball, use # 19258. Keep in mind that Toyota didn't recommend using certain Prius model years for towing, so you'll want to consult your owner's manual for clarification. Part...

  • Hitch, Wiring, Cargo Bag Recommendations for Transporting Belongings with a 2009 Toyota Corolla
Lots of great questions, I can help try to get you some answers. Let's start with the hitch for your vehicle. The one I recommend is the Draw-Tite # 24913. This has been determined that because of your vehicle's size to only support 200lbs tongue weight (cargo carrier) or 2,000lbs towing (trailer). I was able to find 150lbs tongue weight and 1,500lbs towing was your max page 171 of your owner's manual. This hitch must be torqued down to specifications so you will need to either purchase...
