This spare tire cover is designed to fit 27" to 31" diameter tires. For best results when covering larger tires, lay the cover in the sun for a few minutes before installation. This allows the material to expand so that it will more easily fit over the tire.
Accelerated rubber breakdown, which is commonly seen on tires as cracking and dry rot, will affect your spare tire even though it remains stationary on the back of your vehicle until you need it. The rubber of most tires contains protective waxes that are released to the surface when you drive on it. Because you're not using your spare, it's more vulnerable to damage caused by exposure to UV rays and ozone. In short, your spare tire will wear out even if its rubber has never met the pavement. A spare tire cover is one way that you can combat this form of wear.

Some fading of the emblem. But that's what the sun will do. Overall satisfied, looks good.

The spare tire cover looks really nice on my RV. I tightened the draw string as tight as I could get it and it still fits just a little loose. Hopefully it will tighten up as the sun gets to it.
Tom M - 10/02/2017 I ordered this Tire Cover with an Andersen adjustable draw bar. Tire cover was backordered so they shipped the draw bar first at no additional cost to me.

The cover is designed for warm to cool climates based on where you reside.
Unfortunately I live in MN where the temps get below zero. I purchased the cover for my spare tire on my Ice Castle fish house. The cover lasted less than 3 months as it cracked and split all over because it is made out of vinyl/plastic.
If you live in cold climates you want a cover made out of canvas.
I was a little bit upset at how long it took to receive my order due to the fact that etrailer took to ship because of an item they didn't have in stock! I feel that the items they did have should have shipped immediately! Other then that, I received the items July 24th and was in good condition! I will probably order again in the near future! Prices were wonderful compared to local dealerships which are beyond the prices of etrailer.com!

I have a 27' tire and the draw cord only pulls so tight the loose material in the back and it looks like it will hold water in the bottom. Raining now so will know more tomorrow.
Just put it on our 35 ft. camper, looks great! Looks just like the picture you show ..... thanks .... Oh, it has an adjustable elastic band so it fits perfect....
