This spare tire cover is designed to fit 21-1/2" diameter tires. For best results when covering larger tires, lay the cover in the sun for a few minutes before installation. This allows the material to expand so that it will more easily fit over the tire.

Accelerated rubber breakdown, which is commonly seen on tires as cracking and dry rot, will affect your spare tire even though it remains stationary on the back of your vehicle or trailer until you need it. The rubber of most tires contains protective waxes that are released to the surface when you drive on it. Because you're not using your spare, it's more vulnerable to damage caused by exposure to UV rays and ozone. In short, your spare tire will wear out even if its rubber has never met the pavement. A spare tire cover is one way you can combat this form of wear.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the ADCO spare tire cover. They're available in white, black, diamond plate, camouflage, and US flag. You can find them in a wide variety of sizes to fit your spare tire. We've got one on our fifth wheel trailer here today, but you can also find one to fit your RV, camper, or SUV. It's made with a durable construction that's going to be resistant to the elements and UV rays. It's going to help protect your spare tire from dry rot while keeping it clean. The cover is cold cracked treated so it's perfect for winter use.
The drain here at the bottom prevents water buildup inside. The rear seam is elastic to ensure a snug fit. It's very easy to install. Be sure that the drain is at the bottom. We'll start at the top, then just work our way down along the side.
Once we get it entirely on then we can straighten it. That's going to complete our look at the ADCO spare tire covers.

Nice cover.....only thing is I should of bought one a little bit bigger. The tire on my trailer is a 13 inch and it a little to small...POOP

With the hot sun in Florida I needed a cover for the spare tire on my boat trailer so I did some research and found and ordered a ADCO tire cover. Fits perfect and the white color keeps the hot sun off my tire. Best purchase ever.

I'm giving it a Average rating because I just got it on the spare tire, my spare is mounted on the side of my open trailer, so we see if its stay's on going at HWY speeds? I had problems with a Adco Trailer cover that only made one summer and fell apart, The Spare Tire cover is made of a different material then the Adco trailer cover so I'm sure it will last longer. Time Will Tell.

I've made a few orders with eTrailer.com and have received all of the products very quickly. The spare tire cover arrived the same week I ordered it, without any special shipping options, and it is a very good product. It fits snuggly on the trailer's spare tire so it won't blow off in the wind during transport. The vinyl is heavy so I expect it to last a good while. The spare is mounted on the front of the utility trailer so it will receive a good amount of wind.

Cover was of firm construction and fit slightly loos BUT next size down would have been to tight. My trailer tires are load range E so the cost benefit will be very positive fir me trusting that it will last longer than the one it replaced which was on the trailer for four years and was black, overall it is striking and had been installed for two days .. so time will tell

I was a tad worried from other reviews but upon receiving the cover I have NO worries. The fit is tight, the seams are good, per etrailers video I put saran wrap around the spare then installed the cover. Went on great NO fuzzy residue that some experienced. I am disappointed in the tire cover which I had put over my spare on my utility trailer about 1 year ago. Just had to buy and put white duct tape over the top edge of the cover because it had developed several cracks in the vinyl. The main reason I am trying to save this cover is because I also had purchased a large US Navy decal which I had put on the face of the wheel cover and I do not want to have to try and find another Navy decal if I replace the cover.
