First set of crossbars was delivered to the wrong address and a second set was mailed out to us arriving in a week.
The directions were a bit challenging to follow but I figured it out . Racks are great an Ed our rep was great.
Fit perfectly and we're very happy with the roof rack.

I got the roof rack mounted anyways. Better pics to come when it's all finished!

Kit was great, except my SnugTop cover required longer T-Bolts for mounting the tracks. The 1.5 inch ones provided were too short. It was a little tough sourcing T/Bolts that would work. It would have been nice if longer T-Bolts could have been an option from Rhino Rack.

This has been a disaster, and terrible experience from the start. Original product Rhino roof rack ($188.00) misrepresented for sale, even called and was told all parts were included as "Open Box" item. Received item with missing parts and mismatched parts, then ET sent wrong parts (Legs) causing having to order these cross bars ($192.00) to fit parts sent (Legs). Now my $300.00 BougeRV ski rack - mounting base plates won't fit the crossbars. Still waiting for return label for original item so I can get my refund of $188.00. Three weeks later, still dealing with problem. I do appreciate Shawnee and EDW for their efforts in follow up service attempts.

Great product I installed them on my 2020 GMC Sierra crew cab on the bed rails to use as a Conor rack, kayak rack bed tent . Works great !

I have used yakima for years and have no complaints. Rhino is far superior for strength, fit and install. If you are creative you can use uni-strut nuts for your own mounting solutions that may not be offered by rhino. A flat surface is much easier to work with and is more secure than a round surface. I cant see myself buying a round tube product again.

Excellent customer service, all current manufacturers for this type of equipment is not available for purchase because Yakima, Thule, even Rhino Rack did mention from customer service representatives from these 3 companies states you are better off purchasing from a distributor such as E-trailer. This company definitely had the transfer equipment from a Yakima support base to a Rhino Rack crossbar system. I needed the additional load weight and Jaime from E-Trailer was extremely patient and helpful…seriously awesome customer service…also my package came 2 days earlier in this truck driver shortage too. Job well done.

High-quality, sturdy rails, but noisy. There was a pronounced and audible whistle driving with these racks at any common road or highway speed (with the rubber inserts installed across the top). I have since replaced these rails with the Rhino vortex aero style (change of vehicles and the HD bars did not fit the new car). Having used both types several times, I would recommend the aero style over the HD if you have the option.

This rack works perfectly on my Nissan Versa for carrying my two Perception Sound 9'6" kayaks. The Rhino-Racks look good to me. The kayaks can rest directly on the rubber pads on the rails, unlike the Yakama racks I had in the past that had bare pipe rails. Also, I expect I can buy parts to adapt this product to a different car without having to buy new towers. I am sorry there are not hooks or loops to attach bungees when carrying lumber. They are noisy in the wind, but less so when carrying the kayaks.

I have a 2012 Ford transit connect and the install was very smooth and easy. Uses the factory mounting points and is a breeze. Took me less than 30 minutes

Amazing product. Fit, finish, quality is absolutely amazing! Have hauled our bikes all over MI, through the UP, and back. They never moved. Rack is super simple to remove from the rails to grant full access to the PU bed. I think this is one of the Best options out there for taking your bikes with you while still having your covered bed space. I also can install a Ski box for the winter. Ski's in the box while gear in the covered bed.

I am normally a exclusive Amazon shopper, but etrailer gives equal or better service and has specialty items you just can't find anywhere else. The pricing is great also. This is my 4th order from them on this project and the response has been perfect and the shipping has been prompt. They even offered to take back an item that I did not need. I desperately wanted to mount my 19ft Kayak on my new RV and with some Rhino RT tracks, a Rhino Nautic kayak lifter, a few really heavy duty rivets, and some ingenuity, I was able to accomplish the task. I am replacing the current Nautic bars with the heavy duty bars. See the attached pictures.

These are the perfect racks for a low profile mounting of solar panels on my Sprinter van.

I used the crossbar on the front of my UTV rollbar to hold a LED light and two sun visors. It worked perfectly. I used rollbar clamps made to fit the rollbar to hold the crossbar in place.

Far superior to the original roof rack installed on my tear drop camper.

Very HD, no worries at all regarding ability to carry weight safely. Rubber track keeps things from sliding, great stuff. 4 stars rather than 5 because one bar arrived with a large scratch down the side. They’re compensating with $20, but it is worth $90, so if I eventually need to replace because of oxidation, I’m up a creek…

love it, no problem and easy to install and take on and off, 47,000 miles on the highway and not a single issue. I even like the song the ladder hums to me driving down the interstate. This is my second Rhino and both have preformed to a high standard.
