Specs:
Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

Speaker 1: Today, we'll be taking a look at the Titan Chain E-Track Ratchet Straps. They're available in three lengths, 12 feet, 16 feet, and 20 feet. They're color coded to help you tell the lengths apart. Yellow for 12 feet, gray for 16 feet, and blue for 20 feet. It's a ratcheting strap. One of it's best features is the extra long lead on the ratchet. These straps attach directly to your trailers E-Track giving you a reliable attachment point for securing your gear.
With other ratchet straps, the short lead can leave the ratcheting mechanism on a corner or in an awkward position. The strap itself is going to have a safe working load limit of 1000 pounds and a maximum break strength of 3000 pounds. It's two inches wide and made out of a durable polyester webbing. The spring loaded fittings attach directly to your trailers E- Track. If you need E-Track, it's available in various lengths here at Etrailer.com. Both the ratcheting mechanism and the E-Track attachment points are a yellow dichromated plated steel and they're corrosion resistant. To use it, we'll connect one half to our E-Track, make sure it secures in, then we're going to run it over a secure point on my load.
I've chosen this point here because it won't be able to go forward or backward. The other end we can run through our ratchet, we'll go back over, and then pull out the slack. With my second attachment secure, we can just ratchet it down. Any excess we can just bundle up. When you reach your destination, it's easy to release the tension. We'll just squeeze the levers together, open it up until it breaks loose, then it easily comes out.Compared to the Erickson E-Track Ratchets Straps, part number EM59139, the Erickson's have a slightly higher working load limit of 1166 pounds and a higher max load break strength of 3500 pounds.
Also, the Titan straps have a longer lead compared to the Erickson straps. That completes our look at the Titan Chain E-Track Ratchet Straps.

Like these straps very much. I’d like them more if the ratchet strap was shorter and the other end was longer.
