The quick-disconnect fitting on this hose hooks up to the female Model 250 port on a Sturgi-Stay T-fitting, an adapter mounted on a propane tank, or another quick-disconnect port in your RV's propane system. The quick-disconnect port on the other end accepts the male quick-disconnect plug on your appliance. Both hook up without the need for any tools. Simply snap the quick-disconnect fitting into the port and it will stay locked in until you release it. To remove the fitting, just pull back on the collar of the port to disengage the connection.

  • How To Hook Up a Blackstone Tailgater To a Quick Disconnect Propane Port On Trailer
In order to hook up a Blackstone Tailgater to the quick disconnect port on the side of a trailer you should be able to use the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose part # 100304-60-MBS or part # 100304-120-MBS. I called Blackstone and they said you can remove the hose with included regulator that comes with the unit and install the above on the fitting that comes out of the gas knob that way you can attach this directly to your trailer. The quick disconnect port on the side of...

  • Adding A Tee To An RV Propane System To Fuel Propane Appliances
Since you want to keep the regulators on your fire pit and grill you will want to place a tee before the regulator on your RV's propane line. Most people are switching to quick disconnect so I recommend using the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve - 2 Model 250 Quick Disconnect Ports Item # 103537-MBS. Based on the picture you sent it the area looks a little tight so you may have to get a few other elbows or extensions to get it placed right. I highly recommend using a certified...

  • Connecting Champion 4500 Dual Fuel Generator to Travel Trailers Propane System
You have already identified the most likely problem when you stated "doesn’t seem to get enough propane". The QD system on your Airstream set up is run through a propane regulator. Connecting to this and using the included regulator with the Champion 4,500-Watt Dual Fuel Portable Inverter Generator, # CH44FR is not supplying enough propane, you are dropping the pressure and volume too low. I recommend connecting your generator to the propane source using the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting,...

  • How to Connect Champion Dual Fuel Generator to Airstream LPG Port
It sounds like you are trying to connect your Champion generator to the quick disconnect propone outlet on your Airstream that is commonly used to connect propane accessories such as a grill or griddle, is this correct? If so, you will want to use part # 100304-120-MBS. If you are wanting to connect directly to your propane tank, the best way to do that would be to simply unhook one of your propane lines at the tank and use part # CAM57703 to go from the tank to the generator.

  • Connecting a Nexgrill Propane Grill to a Trailer's Built in Quick Disconnect
The quick disconnect outlet on your Rockwood is already regulated so you need new hose that doesn't have a regulator on it. The hose needs a quick disconnect on one end of course and a 3/8 female flare on the other. We carry two hoses with these connections: 60 inch part # 100304-60-MBS 120 inch part # 100304-120-MBS You didn't say how long it needs to be but they'll both do the job.

  • Recommended Quick-Connect for Blackstone Tailgater
According to Blackstone, the fitting that comes out of the gas knob is a male 3/8" inverted flare so I recommend using the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS. The MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Adapter Fitting - Male Model 250 x 1/4" MPT # 401132-MBS or the Camco Quick-Connect Kit for Low Pressure Propane Systems - Valve and Full Flow Plug # CAM59853 will adapt a 1/4" NPT hose to provide the functionality of a quick-disconnect system.

Yes, there is a way to connect your Coleman 285 Portable Grill to a regular sized propane take. You will need the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose for Small Appliance - Type 1 x Disposable Cylinder Port - 12' # 100555-144-MBS. This will connect your portable grill straight to the propane tank.

  • Adding A Propane Gas Quick Connect Under Trailer
Than you for providing the photograph from under your trailer near the location you would like a propane quick disconnect hose installed. In the picture we see a iron pipe elbow attached to a fitting which is, male pipe thread on one side and male flare on the other. The flare side appears to connect to an appliance distribution line. I don't think you are supposed to try to Tee off a distribution line. Instead I would replace the elbow with a tee. I have attached a crude drawing I just...

  • Coleman 285 Grill Compatibility with Propane Quick Connect on Trailer
Your quick disconnect was designed for appliances like a grill or stove to be used. Certain grills do have a different connection that requires more power as your Coleman Roadtrip may. Based on some research there are many videos that show how to remove your regulator on your grill so it can be used with your quick connect, but it does require some modification of your grill connection with a kit that we don't offer. I instead recommend using the Camco 90-Degree Brass Propane Tee w/...

  • How To Remove Regulator on Propane Grill and Attach It To RV with Quick Connect
The propane regulators typically use a 3/8" female flare fitting for the accessory side. Therefore, if you are left with a 3/8" male flare fitting once the regulator is removed then you can use the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose part # 100304-120-MBS to attach it to a quick disconnect port on the RV.

We do have hoses available like the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS.
