Say goodbye to those unpleasant military showers, refilling your tank, and waiting for your hot water to recover. This revolutionary design replaces your outdated tank heater and gives you the luxury of taking back-to-back showers, washing dishes, or running a load of laundry all at once. Unlike traditional tank heaters that require constant energy to keep your water hot, this tankless, propane-fueled water heater only uses energy when you turn on your faucet or shower, providing the ultimate efficiency at a campground or off-the-grid. The endless, on-demand hot water has no recovery time and is perfect if you're on the road full-time or traveling with a large group.

Water Line Freeze Protection

No more worrying about your water lines freezing and pipes bursting. The internal freeze protection allows your water heater to operate in cold weather. When the temperature of the water lines drops to approximately 35 degrees, the unit will automatically fire up and run until the temperature of the water lines reach 90 degrees. Once the lines are heated, the system will automatically shut down.

Review from a similar Tankless Water Heater in RV Water Heaters

This on demand water heater is the real deal. It works great and is much more quiet than the old fashioned kind. It has a low turbine kind of noise only when it is working. You can adjust the temperature also which is a big plus. The fact that etrailer included a step by step video of instalation instructions was extremely helpful. One tip, don't forget to turn the power switch to the on position on you main controller panel for the water heater power. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this product.

Review from a similar Tankless Water Heater in RV Water Heaters

The ability to have an endless & constant supply of hot water is a must while camping. Our biggest test will come later this summer when we boondock with a 275G water tank for a week. I'm looking forward to enjoying this product for years to come.

  • Replacement Tankless Water Heater for Dometic G6A-8E
You can replace your old Dometic G6A-8E with the Fogati # LSB44FR which is a 41,800 BTU tankless unit with a black door to match your existing unit. This unit will give you on demand hot water and a wall controller with a digital display that lets you adjust the temperature of the water as needed. This is a great option to allow you to save some space in your coach and get the convenience of hot water without waiting for the tank to heat up. This unit operates off propane gas and has an...

  • Are There Check Valves Needed When Installing the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater
In regards to the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater part # LSB44FR, there should be some sort of shutoff valve on the gas pipe, inlet pipe and outlet pipe per the instructions. As far as check valves go, you'll need to use the Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve part # CAM10423 on the water outlet but that's about it. The rest of the fittings would need to be obtained through a local hardware store.

  • Replacement For Atwood GC6AA-10E RV Water Heater
We do have a water heater that you can use as a replacement for your Atwood GC6AA-10E, but this particular water heater has been discontinued, so you'd need a different option. You'll just need to ensure the heater fits in the same cut out as the 12-1/2" tall x 16" wide x 18" deep Atwood, and the best option for that is from Fogatti, which fits a 13" tall x 13" wide x 17-3/4" deep cut out. These are actually tankless water heaters, which are a huge improvement over the standard heaters...

  • Using A Gas Water Heater At 6,500 Foot Elevation
Correct, at higher elevation gas powered tankless water heaters like the Fogatti # LSB44FR will not perform as expected. Any altitude over 4,000 ft high you will typically see around 4% BTU for every 1,000 ft above 4,000 ft in elevation. With a heating capacity of 41,800 BTU you can expect to see a 10% decrease in heating performance bringing the expected performance to around 37,620 BTU. To be extra safe, I recommend installing the Atwood RV Carbon Monoxide Detector # AT32703 to make sure...

The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - Black Item # LSB44FR requires a cold water inlet pressure of 14.5~116PSI to properly operate. If your tank with ShurFlow water pump can support this you'll have no issues. I may have a solution for you, but we don't have any hot water heaters that have a stainless steel door. • Best Way to Determine Fit of Tankless Water Heater in 5th Wheel Trailer
Really the best way to determine the fit of a tankless water heater in your 5th wheel is by the size of the cut out you have. This is the most important thing in regards to a fit, but of course you will also need to have connections there for propane and 12 volt power, though those will already be there from your previous water heater, assuming you had a gas/12 volt heater. So what you will need to do is know the size of your cut out, and you can choose the right tankless heater that way....

  • Do Furrion or Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heaters Use More Propane Than Tank Heaters
Excellent question, and tankless water heaters like those from Furrion or Fogatti will actually use less propane than their tank counterparts. The reason for that is the tankless heaters only use propane as the water is being used, so if you hop in for a quick shower, for example, propane will only be used when you have the hot water on. Tank heaters, on the other hand, heat the whole tank of water (and take much longer to heat), so even if you don't use the whole tank of hot water with...
