Say goodbye to those unpleasant military showers, refilling your tank, and waiting for your hot water to recover. This revolutionary design replaces your outdated tank heater and gives you the luxury of taking back-to-back showers, washing dishes, or running a load of laundry all at once. Unlike traditional tank heaters that require constant energy to keep your water hot, this tankless, propane-fueled water heater only uses energy when you turn on your faucet or shower, providing the ultimate efficiency at a campground or off-the-grid. The endless, on-demand hot water has no recovery time and is perfect if you're on the road full-time or traveling with a large group.

Water Line Freeze Protection

No more worrying about your water lines freezing and pipes bursting. The internal freeze protection allows your water heater to operate in cold weather. When the temperature of the water lines drops to approximately 35 degrees, the unit will automatically fire up and run until the temperature of the water lines reach 90 degrees. Once the lines are heated, the system will automatically shut down.

It works great, we go out once a month. And not waiting for hot water is so nice.

by:

The customer service was excellent and the endless hot water is amazing. This is an absolute Rv must have!

Carol and the whole Group at etrailer were fantastic to deal with. Being a newby to the RV world, everyone was extremly helpful and understanding. Even when i had a manufacturer issue with a part they stayed on the manufacturer until THEY got satisfaction, how many companies are out there that will stand behind thier products like that? My experience has created a customer for life and a moving billboard at that :)

by:

Works great nice long warm showers

by:

The part was correct and arrived on time. However, although the box showed no signs of damage two corners we dented. I was able to bang the dents out and get it to fit.

Water heater works great

Our dealer told us they couldn't find a new hot water heater for our 2021 Jayco Pinnacle. I found it on etrailer.com and it was sent to me the same day and arrived in 4 days. I have also ordered other items that I needed and everything fit perfect. Thank you etrailer you are the best. Pam.

This tankless heater has been wonderful. We don't use it as often as many other RVrs would, it has fired up instantly every time we have wanted to use it (after opening water and gas lines and purging air). This was an imperfect replacement to a water tank that exploded in a 2007 Shyline Aljero 27'... for our camper it was 1/2" taller and 2" narrower than the factory tank heater, so modifications were made to accommodate and seal the tankless water heater.
This tankless water heater has been able to raise the temperature of 60°F water to well over 120°F and keep it there while showering or doing dishes. I am pleased with the product in the conditions we use it. Well worth the price, shipping was satisfactory as well (ordered in 2022, reviewing about 1 year in service).

by:

Replaced my old 9 gallon water heater. Works well has been very reliable. No problems. But highly recommend.

by:

Great water heater but, if you plan on conserving water at all, this is not for you. Every time you turn off the hot water, you have to wait a few seconds after you turn it back on to get hot water again. One of the downfalls of on demand heaters. We took this unit out and replaced with a 10 gallon tanked heater. I will use the Fogatti for an outdoor shower in the future.

by:

Not the correct replacement for my unit even after speaking with a Customer Rep to find what is supposed to be the correct part number.

by:

As described. It is installed in a small cabin, replacing a failed heater. Nice display to tell you the status of the unit. Heated very quickly. So far I am a Satisfied customer.

by:

You are amazing i ordered it at 4:30 friday got it saturday

by:

Great swift service. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

by:

This on demand water heater is the real deal. It works great and is much more quiet than the old fashioned kind. It has a low turbine kind of noise only when it is working. You can adjust the temperature also which is a big plus. The fact that etrailer included a step by step video of instalation instructions was extremely helpful. One tip, don't forget to turn the power switch to the on position on you main controller panel for the water heater power. Overall I am 100% satisfied with this product.

by:

For a first time do it yourself or on any of these water heaters in an RV I found out it was pretty easy to do. The new one slipped right in with a few adjustments of the waterlines and some shark bites that I put the water fittings together. works fantastic I love the constant hot water for my long hot showers. The opening matched to a T. Easy DC connections, as well as the remote. Didn’t have to cut any holes for wires to fit. It was so easy. I wish I knew about the black door before I ordered it. It’ll be fine, I’m happy. I love the name”FOGATTI”…

by:

The ability to have an endless & constant supply of hot water is a must while camping. Our biggest test will come later this summer when we boondock with a 275G water tank for a week. I'm looking forward to enjoying this product for years to come.

by:

We do a lot of dry camping and am hopeing this gives us a bit of gas savings. Looking forward to using it soon.

  • Why is my Fogatti Tankless Water Heater having an E1 error code?
The E1 error code you are getting on your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR means that their is an ignition failure. Typically this is caused by the propane supply so make sure your tank has propane in it, and that it is turned on. If your propane supply is good then you will need to have a technician check that your regulator is putting out at least 11" WC. I included a cutout from the instruction manual that lists all the error codes.

since you're going from an Atwood water heater to a Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR you may have to make some modifications since Atwood water heaters had some of the biggest cut-outs, which is why a trim kit were offered. However to truly know if there will be any work that needs to be done, all you need to do is measure your current Atwood cut-out and compare it to the new Fogatti cut-out. Thanks for reaching out, I have a solution for you. In regard to the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 41,800 Btu - Black # LSB44FR. First thing I recommend is to check all the exhaust and intake locations to make sure nothing is blocked or damaged. • Troubleshooting A Fogatti Tankless Water Heater That Keeps Blowing Fuses
The Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR requires 12v DC power to operate. A lot of older water heaters run off of 110v AC power so when people replace them without knowing this they end up sending way too much power to the unit and blow the fuse. If this is the case for you then you'll need to run new power and ground wires to either the battery or DC distribution panel in your RV. If this isn't the case then you'll still want to check your wiring and look for any shorts or loose...

  • Does the Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater Have a Freeze Protection Feature and How Does It Work
This is correct. The Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater # LSB44FR senses when the water lines coming into the heater have dropped to 35 degrees Fahrenheit and begins cycling warm/hot water through the lines to keep them from freezing. Once the lines reach 90 degrees, the system will shut down to preserve energy. You'll likely want to let the water drip if you're out in freezing weather to help keep the lines from freezing as well for some added protection. I've linked our review video of...

  • Will Using Multiple Faucets At Once Cause An Issue For The Fogatti Tankless Water Heater
The hot water lines in your trailer are separate from the cold water lines so if someone used the cold water in the kitchen while someone else was taking a hot shower you wouldn't have any interruption with the water temperature. Now if multiple faucets are using hot water at the same time the demand on the Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR would be greater and could possibly exceed the capabilities of the water heater, with the result being lukewarm to cold water.
