Exact replacement, even all mounting holes lined up. Installed in my Lance truck camper, test fired appeared to be working properly. You will need to reuse or buy new check vales to hook up water lines to tank, at least I did (reused old). Unit came UPS undamaged which was great. Fast shipping, and great price compared to local. 657917

  • Atwood Water Heater AT96110 to Replace Model G6A-7SP
I contacted Atwood/Dometic concerning your water heater model G6A-7SP and I was advised that this model RV water heater is to be serviced only by a factory authorized repair agent. It is not designed for service by the end user. Based on your photo I see no reason for the threads on the regulator to be stuck; there is, as you noted, no sign of corrosion. Atwood recommended that for your safety you replace the unit with the part # AT96110.
