The filters are designed to purify water as it moves from a public water system to your RV or boat's water system. These filters do a great job at removing contaminants. If you're dealing with that in your water source, then this is a solution for you. Also, this takes care of removing odors from the water or bad tastes from the water. These filters remove contaminants, such as aluminum, bacteria, cadmium, chlorine, fungus, iron, lead, mercury, mold, and much more.
On the back of the packaging, it has a full list of all of the items that it removes from the water or that it filters out.Each disposable filter is good for one camping season with an average life of three months per filter. They are designed for exterior use only, and they're very easy to install. All you have to do is attach the incoming water supply to the filter with the arrow pointing in the direction of water flow and then attach the filter to the RV or watercraft. These work great but full timing in an RV u need to change out at least monthly if placed in line. I hooked my filter to one side of a two hook up y fitting and installed a shut off valve at the output. We use it like this just for drinking and cooking water and the shut off valve keeps any thing out of the filter.

We were very pleased with our overall purchase. It took a bit longer to receive than anticipated but got here in plenty of time to meet our needs. They kept us informed as to status and delivery. We would definitely buy from them again.
It is challenging to rate something that I cannot measure or see its effectiveness. But overall I think this is a good product when used properly and changed as directed.
Easy to use and store. I bought the two-pack for a spare. Will order the same next time and stay ahead on supplies.
We have been using them for 4 years and keep using them because they work. The water at our park isn't the best and these make a huge difference in smell and taste.
