Designed for curved and straight steps, this durable outdoor step rug gives you a place to wipe off your feet after a hike on the trails. Heavy-duty bristle fiber material removes dirt and debris easier than standard turf rugs, so there's less sweeping and mopping inside your RV. Its hook-and-loop fastening strips provide extra support to keep the rug snug to your RV Step.
The rug wraps around your step and secures with included hook-and-loop fastening strips and springs - no screws, glue, or tools needed. The 2 hook-and-loop fastening strips stick to the front edge and top, back portion of the step. Once the rug is aligned and pressed firmly to the step, the springs connect the front and back grommet holes of the rug underneath your RV step, giving you a clean, seamless look. Choose between multiple sets of grommet holes depending on the size of your step. Rug can quickly be removed for cleaning and easily reattached when you're finished.

Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this Exterior RV Step Rug. This is a 22 inch wide rug that is going to wrap around your RV's exterior step. This will work for your 22 inch wide steps, as well as your 24 inch wide steps. As you can see on our 24 inch wide here, that there is a little bit of a gap on the sides but it's still going to provide plenty of room for you to walk up and down your step, get into and out of your RV. This will work on your straight steps as well as your curved steps.
Like we have here. It will work on mechanical systems or electric systems and this is going to do a great job of providing a place to kind of just wipe your feet as you're going into your RV, so that you're not tracking in as much dirt and dirtying up the floors in your RV. This is a nice and black, nice dark black color to it. So it's going to hide that dirt as it accumulates. So you're really not going to be able to notice it like you would with a lighter color.
And this is a Trailhead style. So it's got this dense, outdoor turf type material to it. So it is going to be kind of abrasive. It's got these strong, bristle fibers to it. So it's going to do a good job of knocking that dirt off your feet.
But if you are walking barefoot, it's probably not going to be the most comfortable for you. I myself, like to walk barefoot. So I would probably prefer one of the other options that we have here at etrailer.com. That's more of an outdoor carpet, so it's a little bit softer and while still doing the same thing. But we do have several different options.
As you can see, this is just the single rug but I have got it on a 3-step system here. Obviously, if you have a 3-step system, you'll want to go with the 3-step sets that we have of these rugs. So we have lots of different colors, styles and quantities available for you here at etrailer.com, to make sure that you're getting exactly what you want. One of the nice benefits of these rug step covers is that they are going to provide a nice, solid surface. So if your RV steps have holes in them, oftentimes our pets, as they look down, they can see through that step. So they are hesitant to try and climb up and down the steps on their own. This is going to provide a nice, solid surface to give them the confidence to go in and out on their own. This is a mold and mildew resistant material. So it's going to be very easy to maintain, very easy to wash and just hose it off. Let it air dry. This is also resistant to fading due to UV rays. So it's going to hold up really well for you for a nice long time. As far installation goes, it's going to be extremely simple. On the backside, we do have these 4 springs here. These springs are what holds the backside to the front there. So very easy to disconnect those, just pull the hook out of the grommet at the top. You can see, we do have these 4 tabs. These are going to allow us to accommodate that arch for our curved steps. You can see, each one is going to have 4 different grommet holes in it, and that will, that's for us to accommodate the different depth of steps. So our shortest one here is going to be our 8 inch deep steps, all the way up to 11 inches deep. So we can just set our spring onto whichever one is going to work best for us. To pull this out, I'll just pull my steps out a little bit, pull this forward. So you can see on the underside, in addition to our springs which help to keep tension on the front, keep this from moving around too much on the step. We're also going to have these hook and loop strips here that will attach to our step with the adhesive backing here. So the first time we install this, we'll just peel off that adhesive backing, stick that to the front of our step. And they'll give us that hook and loop strip for extra connection. Kind of prevent it from shifting around. We've got an even bigger one here, out in the back. And then you can see, our underside is kind of a rubberized, texturized material. So it should hold up, keep our rug from moving around on our step too much. To get this installed, going to pull out my steps again, it's just as simple as draping rug over, folding those tabs through and deploying that spring up to clasp onto that front grommet. And then of course you would do that, the same thing for the other 3. I'm not going to do that for now but very easy to get switched out. If you're wanting to hose it off more thoroughly or something along those lines, it's very easy to take that off and put it right back on. Like I said, this is going to do a really good job of keeping that dirt, knocking that dirt off your shoes and hiding that dirt. It's not going to show through. So I like this for those reasons. I myself would probably prefer something that's a little less stiff. You know, it's gonna be less abrasive for you. I like the softer materials myself but this is definitely going to do a good job of keeping those feet clean. So you have less dirt in your RV. That's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..

Great fit
great service
Good fit and rugged. I've enjoyed it and more importantly the wife loves it too.
Great process for success. Your company should run our government! Item already installed and working. You saved me a boatload..
Installing these tomorrow when it's cooler. I don't expect these to be hard on feet any more than a regular door mat.
Product was Awesome
The item showed up in 2days and was very easy to put on
Cleans your shoes off well good fit.
Arrived quickly. Easy to install. look great
Quality is much better than the stair carpet readily available at big box stores.
This was easy to install, has held up well for a year, and does a good job of catching sand and gravel so it doesn’t get into the motorhome.
We bought these because we were tired of tracking dirt into the RV and we worried about how slick the steps were when wet. They have completely solved both issues. They were easy to install and we just spray them off to clean them. Completely satisfied!!
These were just what I was looking for. Worked as expected. Helps keep the inside of my travel trailer much cleaner. Clear install instructions.
Originally installed some very nice carpet material stair covers. However, these covers were too thick and the lower step would not lay flat when folded on top of middle step. As a result you could not fold the lower and middle steps under the top step to store for travel. These steps were thin enough to allow, with a little pushing, the steps to fold away. As step material wears it should get easier. The covers were very easy to install and I liked that each cover was secured with four springs, some only use two springs.
I missed the info in the description where it says it stays on with springs. We had a heck of a time getting it installed. Overall it works well enough but I've noticed it has shifted a little.
Very nice quality & easy to install. I need to cut some notches to fit perfectly & close more easily, but as-is it works great on our Lakota!
