This sink has a top-mounted, drop-in design. Drop-in (or self-rimming) sinks are generally quicker and easier to install than undermount sinks, and they can be installed into any countertop material. They also have a lip on the perimeter, so that once the sink is installed, the weight of the sink and its contents are transferred over to the surrounding countertop. This better supports and secures the sink, whereas undermount sinks might fall if not installed properly. In addition, because all parts of drop-in sinks are visible, they are incredibly easy to clean.
This sink replaces or upgrades your existing bathroom sink. If not replacing an existing sink, a hole 1/4" smaller than the overall length and width of the sink must be cut in the counter top. Once the hole has been made, the sink just drops into place. Brackets and hardware are included to secure the sink to the counter. The use of silicone sealant (sold separately) is recommended.

Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the LaSalle Bristol single bowl RV bathroom sink. So this is going to be a replacement for your existing bathroom sink, or maybe updating one that didn't have one before, whatever the case might be, if your sink is maybe getting a little old, it's busted, or whatever might've happened to it, this'll get you a new one so it can look nice and be more functional for you. It's made out of a durable ABS plastic. ABS plastic is a little bit more scratch resistant and abrasion resistant, so it's good for those instances where you don't want to have it get scuffed up really easily. Also, it makes it a little easier to clean since it's not going to scrape and then hold dirt as much as maybe polypropylene or something else. It is still plastic, so it's not impenetrable or anything like that, but it is a little bit of an upgrade from other materials.This has the three hole design for your faucet, so that's a pretty typical design for any bathroom faucet, just allows you to have the two handles to turn on your hot and cold water.
If you need a new faucet as well as a sink, we do have a lot of options for those available here at etrailer.com with different types of handles and different looks, so check them out if you want to get that hardware updated while you're at it with this. But as far as the details for this particular sink, it is a parchment color, so that's kind of an off-white sort of a beige color. It looks pretty nice, has nice clean lines going around, so it should be pretty sleek in your RV bathroom.It does come with hardware to get it mounted up so, it's going to be some little tabs and screws, and those are going to attach to the bottom. There are a couple of spots going around the perimeter there of where that's going to sandwich the sink onto your countertop. As far as measurements, the outer edges measure 20 inches across, 17 inches front to back, and then seven inches deep.
As far as the lip here, it's going to be about six and three quarter inches deep, and then 15 inches across and 10 and a half inches front to back. So those inner dimensions are going to be the cutout size that will be required for this. The drain hole has a diameter of one and five eights inches, and then our faucet holes have a diameter of one and a quarter inch, and the spacing between those two far most holes is four inches.This does have a one-year warranty, it is made in the USA, and should be a pretty easy install, pretty straightforward on getting that in place, and be a nice upgrade for your existing RV bathroom sink. Original sink in our trailer was destroyed when a curling iron got set on the edge. I removed it and there is no markings of any kind, browsing through E-Trailer pictures were great. It appeared to be a match and size was spot on, shipping was super quick, & was exact size I needed for the replacement. This product has worked great for the last year.
Nice replacement for my stained and cracking rv bathroom sink. Had to cut the counter a bit to accommodate the difference. One star off for a small defect—a black hard spot near where the faucet is installed.

Replaced our old sink in and was a perfect fit.
Excellent, it was missing the connection from the sink to the elbow/peetap, but we were able to re-use the one from the older sink. Beyond that very satisfied. We also purchased the recommended faucet, but this also called for some modification. Still very satisfied.
