2 Installation Options

This sink has 2 installation options for replacing or upgrading your existing sink: drop-in (or self-rimming) and undermount. If not replacing an existing sink, a hole 1/4" smaller than the overall diameter of the sink must be cut in the counter top.

For drop-in installation, you'll simply need to drop the sink into place and secure it to the counter using the included brackets, screws, and wing nuts. When installed as a drop-in, the sink's perimeter lip will transfer the weight of the sink and its contents to the surrounding countertop, which better supports and secures the sink. In addition, because all parts of drop-in sinks are visible, they are incredibly easy to clean.

For undermount installation, you'll mount the sink from below the counter and attach it with the perimeter lip, which helps increase counter space. The way the lip is positioned will also make it easy to clean food and other debris from the counters without it getting caught in the lip.
