The D-spud outlet lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. To activate the shower, lift the diverter pin up.
Using the standard NPSM inlet shanks, slide the new valve and deck plate in place through the already existing mounting holes. Hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

Today we're gonna take a look at the Phoenix Faucets Catalina RV Tub and Shower Diverter Faucet With The D-spud, the dual lever handles and a nice rubbed bronze finish.Now this Catalina Series Tub And Shower Diverter Faucet will let you upgrade the diverter faucet that's in your RV or camper. Has the D-spud outlet right here on the top. This allows you to attach a handheld shower to the faucet. The showers we do sell separately on our website. Once that showers attached, then you just lift up on this diverter pin to activate the shower.You can see it as a dual handle design with the lever style handles. What's nice on these handles, they are a quarter turn cartridge stem on them to enable the faucet to fully turn on and off with just a quarter of a turn.
They are a washerless design so they do reduce friction and daily wear for long lasting durability.The faucet is a non-metallic ABS plastic construction. Uses a spin welded silicon thermal plastic underbody and does have a nice rubbed bronze finish to it to provide a nice sleek look. It is designed for two hole installation. The inlet shanks have the standard male and PSM connections. Does include everything shown here on the table.
Comes with the deck plate, two mounting nuts and the rubber gaskets for installation. And they do require tile and tub caulk for installation. Also, that is not included.Flow rate on this faucet is 2.5 gallons per minute and just give you some overall dimensions of this. We're going to give you the overall width with the handles in this position. So you're going to be looking right at nine and a half inches wide.
The overall height, once you turn the handles down, you're going to be looking right at a height of, to the top to the edge of the handle. It's going to be right at three and three quarter inches tall and the total depth from the front of the faucet here to the very back is going to be right at five inches deep.That's including the base and then just the spout itself is right at four inches for the spout length. The base dimensions width from edge to edge, is going to be right at six and a quarter inches wide. Height on the base is two and one eighths inches tall. The height on that D-spud, it rises about three quarters of an inch above the base.
And then the inlet shanks for the hot and cold water. Washerless cartridge reduces daily wear and tear to extend the life of your faucet.The connectors for that water lines were to short. Barely went through the wall and could not put the rubber washer and the plastic nut on with the water line. Had to use the thin metal washer from the old faucet and only the water line to hold it in place. Not a good solution. The connectors should be a standard size.

Looks really good, it’s still RV grade plastic stuff. At the end of the day really dressed up the bathroom with replacing the sink and tub faucets with the brushed nickel line.

I wish I could give this faucet 5 stars, but it's the usual chromed plastic type for RV's and not metal (preferably stainless steel) like residential faucets; unfortunately, the way my sink cabinet was built prevents using residential faucets. That being said, it's fairly well-made, very easy to install and reasonably priced. Of course, there's absolutely no reason why it couldn't have been made from stainless steel to last longer, except that they'll sell more because the plastic ones wear out.

It is plastic so it is not very heavy duty. I would not order it for my home kitchen because I don't think it would hold up under constant use. but for our trailer it is perfect and looks great!

Looks nice. My husband had to work with it a bit and take out a white plastic piece to give us decent water pressure. Before that it was just dripping. Also, the end piece (not sure what is called) couldn't be screwed on evenly. There is a small gap that is noticeable to me but not my husband.

This was a replacement faucet for the OEM that broke in our RV after 10 years.

Thank you for all your help, when I placed the order I could not figure out why it told me that it would not ship until sept 3rd thru the sept 5th. I emailed etraier and they told me that they would take care of it and once I got ahold of you I received my products within a week and a half, Thank you for being on top of your messaging and getting back to me ASAP. my only thing I would say is that they should tell you when you order of there is going to be a waiting period of that long or if that Item is not in stock at etrailer.
