4-Hole Installation
This assembly lets you upgrade the bathroom shower valve and shower head in your RV, camper, or boat, which enables you to take a luxurious shower away from home. To install the valve, slide the standard NPSM inlet shanks of the new valve and the deck plate through the mounting holes. Then hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tire caulk (not included) is required.
For the shower head assembly, first screw the shorter side of the arm onto the shower supply line in your RV. Then slide the flange through the other side of the arm and twist to secure it against the wall. Finally, attach the head onto arm.

Today we are going to take a look at the Phoenix faucets chrome 8 inch dual handle RV Shower valve with the shower head kit. This 8 inch shower valve has the dual clear acrylic knobs for the hot and cold water. When they say 8 inches, what they're measuring is from the center of one connector to the center of the other. Here's your 8 inches. As you can see, it is a nice rectangular base, has a nice chrome finish to it. They do use a brass compression valve on the inside, and it does have a Durapro 00:00:29 underbody.
It is a 3-hole mount. This part does include the shower head, the arm, and the flange kit as all included. The nice thing on the shower head, it does have a twist off head that makes it very quick and easy for cleaning. It does come with a nice set of detailed instructions that show you yow to install it on to your vehicle. These parts are made in the USA, and I do want to give you a few dimensions on these. We're going to start with the shank length.
This is the shank back here, so we're going to measure from the base to the very end. If we put the ruler on it, you can see it is going to be right at 1 1/2 inches for the shank length. The overall length, width would be from here to here, so you would be looking right at 10 1/2 inches width. The h eighth from the widest point, the bottom to the top, right in the middle here, is going to be about 2 1/4 inches tall and on the depth it will be from the top of the knob to the base. You can see if we do that, it is going to be right at 2 3/4 inches. That should do it for the review on the Phoenix faucets chrome 8 inch dual handle RV shower valve the shower head it..

We recieved this product yesterday and just installed it. I cannot comment on its longevity due to that, but after using it, I gotta say it is a definite improvement to the factory install in our camper, both in looks AND function. Also, we upgraded our shower head to Oxygenics Body Spa and the brushed nickel of this faucet matches the brushed nickel shower head PERFECTLY! Very happy with this.

This faucet worked out perfect for us. We were living full time in this camper after replacing this faucet and it never failed us. The way it mixes the hot and cold water was predictable and reliable. After 9onths of living in the camper, a tree fell on it and totalled it. This faucet worked great all 9 months with us utilizing the shower ~4xday. Would definitely purchase again if replacing an ugly or broken faucet in another camper.

This brass faucet assembly was a very nice upgrade for the outdoor shower on our Viking tent trailer. The original cracked with an earlier than expected overnight freeze (17°) in Denver. With brass valves instead of plastic, the coupler assembly is sturdier, and the valves perform very smoothly. We replaced the hose with a longer stainless steel and a Fury showerhead to complete a nice upgrade. I highly recommend this item for inside or outside the trailer.

A year later, the shower faucet has performed as expectedterrific! We camped above Tucson in October, and a sudden cold wave had other campers scrambling, but our outdoor shower faucet was never in doubt.

Excellent faucet! Really well made & extremely easy to install. We had ignored the leaks from the old faucet for months thinking it would be a major installation hassle, but should have used etrailer right away. This faucet is also much better looking, too! Highly recommended.

I love, love, love the look of this shower faucet. You need to buy a separate shower head and hose kit. It really updates the look of our shower! It did take some work to install and a trip to a local RV store, but looks amazing and works great!

We ordered a bronze faucet with a shower diverter. I had a hard time finding an oil rubbed bronze faucet that I liked. We've slowly been updating our fixtures, and this was a great choice! I like the look of this faucet but not the feel or function. It is all plastic and extremely light. The handles feel like they could snap off if the grandchild gets hold and pulls while in the tub. Also there is something not right with the way the valves mix the water. The hot side seems ok but the cold can be all the way on and just a trickle of water. turn it on and off and it seems to correct. Because of this its very tricky to get the water temp right when using the diverter to the shower. I would return it but its already installed.

I originally bought a cheaper shower faucet from etrailer, but it was so unbelievably cheesy that I sent it back and bought this one. This has a brass valve body instead of plastic like the first one. I reversed the valve caps (hot and cold) so I could point the hose bib down which worked better for my setup. The valves are kind of rubbery feeling instead of a solid shutoff but it works.

Great quality looking part, I'm sure it'll go for 20 years.
It looks like you might be able to actually replace seals whenyouneed too.....maybe?

The mixer is great. Its installed in a sailboat, and works perfectly. It was the right product for me, and definitely worth paying a little more for than some cheap plastic one. Im certain that barring any o-rings failing, this little faucet mixer will give me many years of reliable operation.

I bought this faucet for my camper because the faucet that was installed from the manufacturer was leaking and we just couldn't get it to stop dripping no matter what we tried. First off, it was difficult to find a faucet with the D-spud needed for the shower diverter. I would have thought they would be available at the local Camping World or other local RV dealer but they all said they would have to order one and it was going to cost about 3 times what this one cost. It does not look exactly like the original but the finish is close and the knobs are fine since they are clear.
Once it was installed it did have now sold that camper and bought a new one but the new owner says it is still going strong.
