Sanitary tee connects to black-water and gray-water waste valves to combine them into one pipe. 3" Rotating flange connects to black-water valve. 1-1/2" Hub slides onto gray-water waste pipe. Hose connects to 3" lug fitting.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra RV Sanitation Reducing T. This unit is made from a durable ABS plastic construction. This fitting would get installed in an RV sewer or drain system and combine both the black tank and gray tank pipes to one outlet. This end is going to feature the rotating flange. This would get connected to a 3 inch valve. The mount holes on that flange, those are going to be separated on center at 3-3/4 of an inch.
This end is going to have the 3 inch bayonet fitting or connection point. It's going to have the 4 pin design. It will accept standard 3 inch bayonet style fittings, both 2 hook and 4 hook designs. That's going to give us an outer diameter measurement of 3-1/2 inches. It's also going to have the connection point right here that allows a cap with a tether to be installed. Right here is going to be our hub connection.
This is for 1-1/2 inch pipe from the gray system. The pipe will go inside of here. That's going to give us an inner diameter of 1-7/8 inch. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra RV Sanitation Reducing T.

Product arrived quickly and was the correct replacement. It might help others to know that this item does not include the rubber gasket to seal it against the waste valve. Luckily the gasket on the part being replaced was undamaged and reusable.
GREAT CHOICE AS THE MOUNT PLATE ROTATES & CAN BE POSITIONED TO THE CORRECT ANGLE TO MEET THE GREY WATER PIPE. THAT etrailer IS SMART!
