Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this RV roof repair tape. This tape is going to be an easy way to fix any damage that's on your RV's roof, to help plug up any holes. Or it can also be used to help seal joints or seams. It would be really convenient to have on hand, just in case a tree branch we're to fall on your roof or something like that.
Just to have it there, ready for you. It's very easy to get installed. You just cut off the length that you need, pull back the tape here. And then this side is the sticky side. So you just lay that down and kind of smooth it over and it will create a nice waterproof seam to help repair that damage to your roof. That will adhere to just about all materials, wood metal, fiberglass, masonry, asphalt, just about all materials this will stick to. So it's going to be great for RV roofs, as well as other applications like your trucks trailers, mobile homes, gutters, skylights, and flashing.
Very little this won't stick to and help create a nice tight seal for you. This does have a UV stabilized surface to it. So, you can see it is aluminum, silver kind of color there. So that's going to withstand UV rays and those sort of things. So it's going to last a nice long time. This is for a permanent installation.
It's not for a temporary repair. So, I want you to put this on. You shouldn't ever have to worry about it again. This is going to do a good job of adhering to your RV's roof to help prevent any water from getting in there, causing mold and that sort of thing. This is three inches wide. You're going to get a roll of 25 feet long, so should cover about six and a quarter square feet area for you.
This is a really nice option to have on hand just because it is so easy to install. So if you ever do encounter an issue while you're out on the road, you'll have this in your wheelhouse that you can pull out and fix that real quick. We do have lots of different options for tape. This is just one option with this silver aluminum finish. If you have a different style roof, white, or something like that, you might want to pick up a different kind of tape to match your roof so it'll be more seamless for you. But if you do have an aluminum kind of roof, this will blend right in, be a nice seamless fix for you.So that's going to complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.

It has been on the roof of a mobile home for over 6 months and no more leaks. I think that speaks for itself.
I used it on the damaged roof of my Freightliner truck . It is looking quite good as it sealed the damaged areas on the truck.
