Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our GE Profile refrigerator with freezer. It's got 10 cubic foot of space and the neat thing is it runs on 12 volt power and it's a stainless steel finish as you can see. So folks again runs on 12 volt DC so if you just think about that, you're gonna be able to power this up pretty much anywhere. So that's gonna make it compatible with both battery and solar power. Your food's gonna stay fresh longer.
It has a nice 10 cubic foot of space capacity with three full width glass shelves. And before I get into that, I want to go ahead and show you an image of this kind of far away with the interior lights on. So I'm not able to power it up here in my particular bay, but the photo department here was very nice and let me use some of these photos here today to show you this lit up. So a couple things in there, just an apple and it looks like a canned beverage, but this is about 15 foot away is what they we inchesre telling me. So pretty impressive on the interior lighting and that kind of stuff.
So before I go ahead and open the inside, I do want to go ahead and spin this around on my cart just to give you a quick look of the back, the sides, everything. So as you can see, everything is nice flush. The compressor is hidden at the bottom behind a panel. That's also gonna be where your 12 volt wires are for powering this bad boy up. So I'm gonna go ahead and zoom in so we can take a look at the inside.
Now you've got handles down here. This pretty much locks in place. You can kind of pull it once and that would, you know, not go anywhere, but if you pull it from the actual handle here, the safety lever, that's gonna actually let it open up. And then obviously once you've got it open up, you've got unlimited access to the fridge. So starting off on the door, you've got three large long compartments, these can simply pop out and then you could adjust these height-wise to another shelf.
Now obviously you're not gonna have it like that because you'd be blocking the food, but you could potentially take one of these out if need be and have lots of tall stuff and just maybe move this one up one. Totally up to you, obviously, all your shelves are locked in place. They have a screw on both sides that keep them in place with that piece of plastic so you don't have to worry about them sliding out, bouncing around anything while you're moving. You've got a nice crisper drawer here that can come completely out. You're also obviously gonna get instructions and the mounting hardware and bracket to keep everything in place. That way whenever you're traveling, everything's not sliding around on you, the fridge ain't moving. So again, it closes really easy and nice. The freezer on the bottom, nice simple door. We got two large drawers here. Ample, ample space here. And again, this runs on 12 volt DC so you could use a battery or solar connection to power it up everything. Now on the bottom here, it's kind of hard to see, but there is a vent down at the bottom, so that's where it's helping to pull in that fresh air and everything to help it stay cool and get its circulation needed. So it's a simple installation. There's zero clearance or external ventilation needed. So this can go truly into place. It's 60 inches tall overall by 23 and a half inches wide on the front here and depth is 26 and a half inches deep. It uses semi-automatic defrost technology, so it's gonna boost the battery efficiency and also reduce that energy use. And once again, that lighting on the inside is LED. And as you can see, again, it is bright so you don't worry about finding stuff at nighttime. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. Again, I'm Steven, thanks so much for your time. I hope it's been helpful together. As always, we'd love to hear your feedback on the products here at etrailer.com and maybe some photos as well. Have a good one.
