Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this SmartPlug stainless steel dual exterior cable jacks. Now, these exterior cable jacks will allow you to easily connect your RV to the campground cable service. Sorry, your satellite. You can see it offers two coaxial F-type connectors.
And it has this nice weatherproof cover. Has the foam gasket all the way around on the inside, so that when you're not plugged in, you can just close the lid and it will protect that from and the, from any weather, from anything getting to your connections there. And then when you're ready to use it, just flip it open and then make your coaxial connections. It is a very easy installation. Comes with the included silicone gasket that you would use to seal it.
There's no caulk required. And the construction on this, all the external metals are a marine-grade stainless steel. All the plastics used are UV and heat resistant. You can see this is a nice durable stainless steel construction, and it is made in the USA. And what's nice, you can see the lid actually extends all the way about 180 degrees.
And then you can close it just like that to seal it. But that should do it for the review on this SmartPlug stainless steel dual exterior cable jacks..

So far we really like the product. We have an airstream Bambi and we wanted to replace the plastic factory cable outlet with a stainless steal. Installation was very easy, I took about 15 minutes. All the factory holes aligned up and no other modifications were needed.

Excellent in fit, form, and function. Utilized this to update my classic Beaver Coach to have internet installed. Just had to run a Cat 5 or Cat 6 Cable from the back of this, to a new wall port in the master suite, then I installed the router, etc after. Now I can hook up to internet at the parks, or my home easily.
