This review did not have a higher rating as two of the feet were broken when the product was unpacked. Looking forward to a road trip in a couple of weeks when we can check it out.
We were 2 weeks into a 3 month trip and our Microwave died. etrailer was great and shipped 2 day to the middle of nowhere (Utah). Thus saving the trip (and marriage).
The microwave is basic, but replaced like unit. I'm sure there are some new features we will figure out, since old one was mfg 2015.
Was nice to have great support from etrailer. The ordering was smooth, shipping was 2 day, follow up was also good. Joshua assured us that etrailer has a no question return if necessary. This set us at ease.

Powerful little microwave, Use it primarily to re-heat food. Door is a little flimsy, but besides that, it serves it's purpose.
The microwave was as advertised. Very nice and fit the space in our travel trailer perfect. Shipping was fast and the unit was very well package. We love it.

It’s a very good microwave we use it in our travel trailer and are pleased with it
Does he have a person who speaks French, everything is broken. It lacks the facade that supports the microwave around. The door no longer closes and there are bumps all around. The support legs are broken. We ask for an intact product or a refund please

That is quite a bit of damage. I will have Customer Service reach out so that we can replace it for you.
This microwave was a replacement. It fit into the space needed. We reused the old beauty ring because it was heavier and the color black was a better choice for us.
Love the new microwave. Received it this morning and my husband installed it. Would also like to inquire about a new over-the-stove hood (stainless steel) and a new 3-burner stove (stainless steel). Would love a new fridge also, again in stainless steel.
When we received our Greyston microwave, my husband started to install it in our camper. A Short while later he comes into the house to tell me he was disappointed with the color of the microwave!
When we received our Greystone Microwave, my husband Henry picked it up and said I’m going to install this baby right now.
Then a little while later he came into the kitchen and said, you know Betty, I’m not to pleased with the color of this microwave!
So I went to see what he was referring to!
I stepped up into the camper and walked on over to the microwave.
I started to laugh so hard, I said, Henry some appliances come with this blue plastic to protect it from getting scratched! Then I proceeded to show him how to remove it.
It was a funny moment.
After he installed it, he plugged it in (and it fit perfect) and BOOM, the digital light came on and it looked beautiful. Our first try was of course a bag of pop corn. The pop corn was done just right.
Thank you for helping me with the dimensions and style that turned out to be just right.

Haven't actually used it yet, but the fit was great! Delivered a day or two early as well.

We purchased a used Truck Camper that had the Microwave removed because they wanted more storage. We enjoy having a Microwave and the Greystone was a perfect fit. Works great
Great product. Fit perfectly in area needed. The only thing that was a little disappointed with is that the trim kit came in black and not stainless. But thought it looked good so didn’t follow up with. Overall really happy with service.
The original unit’s touchpad stopped working so we could not use the unit. Found this one after a search and it looks almost identical to the one we had. This one fit the opening without any modifications and works fine. Happy with the unit and can say that I would have no problem recommending to others.
I measured correctly (whew!), and after checking leveling feet plugged it in, slid it in the cavity for the previous microwave (Panasonic), AND, Voila, fit perfectly...even covering the previous front screw holes from the previous unit. I could not have been more pleased!
We purchased this microwave to replace the one in our travel trailer that had given up the ghost. Although it was a different brand that the one we replaced it was a perfect fit and wasn't difficult to install. We've been using now for about a year and haven't had any problems with it.
Love the new microwave, etrailer was very efficient and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this microwave!
This was the exact replacement that we needed for our travel trailer. It arrived as ordered and fit perfectly.
Just received the unit today so I have used it yet but it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to install. The stainless outer bracket makes the unit look great. Looking forward to getting years of use from it.
I ordered the new microwave by phone on Monday afternoon, and it was delivered to our campground Thursday afternoon. Perfect replacement-installed and back in use within an hour if delivery!

The makers of RV microwaves change the name on them frequently. Using the picture made it easy to identify the one we needed. The microwave works great and was a snap to install.

Still working great.
It's not easy to find a microwave for a trailer/RV that comes complete with trim kit and fits the cutouts of a home away from home. Standard store microwaves will often not fit, or leave a lot to be desired esthetically.
This is a great microwave at a good price point, with a pleasing look similar to our other appliances. There is a strange annoyance with the kitchen timer in that it will stop displaying the countdown clock and will go off at the designated time, but I've yet to figure out how to keep the countdown displayed. This is a really small bother though, compared to the rest of the unit which does its job as needed.
First I was given 3 different days it was out for delivery. The 3rd day it was delivered. There was no screws to attach the face plate to the microwave or to attach the face late to cabinet. To hold it in the cabinet while traveling. The microwave is for a motorhome. Looks nice.

Screws to attach the faceplate to the microwave should be present, however, hardware to attach the microwave to the cabinet is not. Customer Service will contact you.
Is all it was advertised to do!
