Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the 16 foot long, 12 volt, weatherproof LED light strip with on and off switches, and in daylight white color. Now this is a 16 foot long LED light strip. It has 300 LED's on it, provides flexible lighting in indoor/outdoor spaces. You can add awning, decorative or supplemental light for safety and security, and even extend outdoor activity time.Use anywhere you need light, like on your awnings, steps, cabinets, storage lockers. It comes with the two on and off switches to provide a convenient control over lighting for multiple applications. On the lighting strip itself, it has weatherproof exterior to protect the LED's against the elements, and it is a very simple installation.

There's no drilling required.On the back of the LED strip, it uses a 3M adhesive backing, so you can just cut it to your desired length for your application, and then mount it with the peel and stick 3M adhesive backing. They do even include this little packet of the 3M adhesion primer that you want to put down before you attach the tape to it.This will hard wire to any 12 volt power source, or you can use a 110 volt connector that we do sell separately on our website, if you want to use it to plug into an AC outlet, and that's part number DG52691PV. A few specs on this again. The light type is daylight white. Overall length on the strip is 16 feet.It uses a diode type of a 50/50 surface mount, and there's 300 diodes on the strip, so it gives you enough wattage equivalent of about 360 watt incandescent bulbs.

Amperage on it is 2.5 amps, so what I'm going to do is hook up one of these switches to 12 volt power, and we'll turn off the lights just to show you how bright the light is, and the color of the light. So we'll go ahead and take one of these. We'll go ahead and hook up our 12 volt power.So we got that all hooked up there. Now we'll just go ahead and plug this in, and once it's plugged in and see just turn on your switch, and you get your light. We'll go ahead and turn off the overhead lights, and again we'll go ahead and turn on, and you can see the whole strip is wound on this reel.

You can just unwind it and get a very bright daylight white color. Unwind as much as you need, or if you need the whole 16 feet, you can do that. And then you've got your on and off switch right here. And turn back on overhead lights.
