Need to upgrade the lighting over your dinette table for those family dinners on your camping trip? This hanging ceiling light has bright incandescents and frosted white glass shades that'll give your kitchen or living room space a sleek, stylish look.
This ceiling light is incredibly easy to install either as an upgrade or a replacement of your existing light. Using hardware (not included), bolt the light down onto the ceiling in your RV or camper. The light can be turned on and off with the built-in push button, or it can be wired to a light switch. The 2-wire design hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire). In order to complete this light, you will need 2 incandescent 921 light bulbs (sold separately).

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Gustafson RV Ceiling Light. This ceiling light adds a great look to your RV. It is designed for recreational vehicles. You'll notice that the accents right here, this is a satin nickel in color, and then it has the frosted white swirl glass shades. The bases is the rectangular base. It gives a very clean look at the installation surface.
Then located right here in the center, you have your easy to access on and off switch. This is a ceiling mount installation. The mounting bracket, which is located right here. This is included. Mounting hardware is sold separately.
When it comes to the wiring, you have all your necessary wiring for your power and ground. It is UL39U4 listed. You'll also notice that the bulbs are not included. This is designed for use with 12 volt type 912 or 921 bulbs.A few measurements to go over with you real quick, starting with the dimensions of the base. Measuring edge to edge this direction, that gives us a measurement of 8-1/4 inches long.
Edge to edge this direction, the base measures 3-1/2 inches. Then the thickness or the depth is about 1 inch. Then when it comes to the overall dimensions, I took a measurement from outer edge to outer edge. That'd be from the shade on one end to the same point on the other. That was 12 inches.
Then from the bottom of the shade to the top of the base, or to the installation area of the ceiling, that measurement was 9 inches tall. So, 12 x 9. Then again, the base is 8-1/4 x 3-1/2 x about 1 inch tall or thick. That's going to do it for today's look at the Gustafson RV ceiling light.

Matched our other lights in the RV. Only light I could find with replacement light bulbs. Incandescent light bulbs would fit but not 921 LED replacement bulbs. The base was too fat. Both types of bulbs do not install easily. Did not use tools for the light bulb installation.
I was waiting to get the final lamp to show you what they look like. I'm happy to post them in the appropriate place if you would like me to. The only problem is, the wall sconces didn't come with the right color screws, so you might see in the pictures that the screws don't really blend in. We were going to go to Home Depot and get some new ones. Otherwise, we love these lots and lots!

The package arrived with the globes totally smashed. The packaging was very inadequate. One thin layer of small bubble wrap. Please send a replacement

Great product and looks way better than the led one it replaeced.
Great product, exactly as I expected for a replacement lamp. Only issue was it does not come with bulbs (which was clearly noted on the eTrailer web site if you just read all info). Bulbs are easily found at local hardware stores. Quick order and delivery service even during the holidays. I will definitely use eTrailer.com again.
This light fell apart . The globe broke loose from its attachment and were dangling from the metal mount. We had to remove and throw it away. These two lights are worthless. Doesn't hold up to RV driving conditions. We bought this to replace the one (just like it) that also fell apart.
Ordered 2 of these and one arrived damaged. The shade was broken and I’m sure it happened during transit. I called etrailer and they assured me that a replacement would be sent out immediately. One of the reasons I buy from etrailer is they have great customer service. I will continue to use them.
