Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Flare-It PEX T connector fitting. Now this T connects your pipes and hoses in your RV fresh water plumbing system. So whether you're repairing leaky connections or installing new lines, this is gonna do a great job for you. This will work with your PEX pipes, the old gray PB pipes and polyvinyl tubing. We've got three of these three quarter-inch barbed connections that will allow you to fit onto a three quarter-inch inner diameter pipe or hose on all three connections.
Those barbed connections with the compression end mean that you don't need any tools to have a nice secure fit. So basically the way this will work, you'll slide that compression fitting on your pipe, then you'll get that barb on the inside there. It might take a little bit of wiggling to push that in place, but then once you have that securely in, you'll slide that compression fitting back and then tighten it down, and that will tighten down against the pipe. So just by hand, it's gonna create a nice secure fit. I was using a a similar one the other day, and it took lots of effort to get that to come back off.
So it is gonna be a nice secure connection for you. So no tools needed, you can just do it all by hand and trust that that's gonna work well. This is a polyoxymethylene construction, so it is gonna be very durable and resistant to stress cracking. So a really great option for your RV freshwater plumbing system if you are doing any sort of piping work. And that completes our look for today.
Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.
