The D-spud outlet lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. To divert the flow of water to the shower set, simply lift the diverter pin on the faucet up.
To install, use the inlet shanks to drop the new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Hand-tighten the included hardware against the back of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the Phoenix Faucets' four inch duel handle RV tub and shower diverter faucet. This units going to add or replace a diverter faucet in your RV. It's going to feature the duel acrylic lever handles. It's going to give the unit a really nice look. Those are going to have the quarter turn design. Very easy to operate and they do have the H and C indicators on there to indicate hot and cold.
The The D split outlet on top is for attaching a hand held shower. Now the hand held shower is not included. Those are sold separately and can be found here at etrailer.com. When you're ready to use the shower, all you have to do is lift up on the spout lift rod to divert water flow from the tub spout to the shower head. The unit is designed to prevent water back flow, which is going to help contamination of your fresh water supply.
It's made from a durable plastic construction and features a brushed nickel finish. The mounting area requires two mount holes for your installation. These threaded connectors right here are the connection points for the hot and cold water lines. These are going to be separated on center by four inches. They're going to have a length measurement of an inch and a half. Outer diameter on those connectors is thirteenth, sixteenth of an inch.
The inner diameter is half inch. The shower hose connector here on top has an outer diameter of of thirteenth, sixteenth of an inch. Some overall measurements real quick, starting with the overall height of just measuring the base is going to be about two and one eighth of an inch. Going from edge to edge, we're looking at a measurement of around six and one quarter inches. Then measuring from the back of the base to the furthest outpoint of the unit, we're looking at a measurement of around five inches. It's a very simple installation.
It's going to come with the threaded mounting nuts right there, as well as the backing plate. It's also going to come with your detailed installation instructions. These are going to walk you through the installation process step by step. On this page, you're going to notice that it's going to have some detailed diagrams of the install. It's going to let you know that you need two holes for your installation. Those holes are going to need to have a diameter of one inch. Then it has a special note right here, that says, "The outlet of the tub spout must be installed a minimum of two inches above the flood rim of the tub." It's going to walk you through having to get it installed. On this side, it's going to have some operating instructions and some helpful hints. On the backside, it's going to have a detailed breakdown of the parts list. That's going to do it for today's look at the Phoenix Faucets' four inch duel handle RV tub and shower diverter faucet.

Thank you for all your help, when I placed the order I could not figure out why it told me that it would not ship until sept 3rd thru the sept 5th. I emailed Etraier and they told me that they would take care of it and once I got ahold of you I received my products within a week and a half, Thank you for being on top of your messaging and getting back to me ASAP. my only thing I would say is that they should tell you when you order of there is going to be a waiting period of that long or if that Item is not in stock at e-trailer. Thank you for all your help you ended up making my experience with e-trailer so much better.

The diverter did not seal, husband had to take apart and modify was not happy with the product seemed to be poorly crafted the original one lasted 8 years

Just exactly what I requested.
I installed the new faucet and within 6mths the hot water side started stripping out. You have to put front pressure on it to get it to turn on or off.
The Phoenix faucet i bought from etrailer was a perfect fit in my 2001 Coleman Fleetwood popup camper.Easy install. Customer service is excellent. The quality of the faucet is great for the price.
Really the faucet was installed last May. The RV has not had water to it. So have never tested the faucet. It was part of on going refurbishing of a 22 year old Class B+ RV that I bought a year ago. Also part of this work we've ordered and installed from e-trailer your Dometic 310 toilet, a MaxAir Fan, & other items all installed but some untested. The fan works great. The toilet seems to as we made sure the black and grey tanks were cleaned out well by pouring water down the drains and toilet. We will repeat this spring when it comes out of winter storage. The fresh water tank was removed to repair water damage below it and in the wall it blocked both. We also had to sanitize the tank due to mold entering it where previous owners allowed the air intake hose to flap about un-attached causing the leaks and water damage to the floor. We know the Ford Engine is in decent condition but due to so much unexpected work we are behind a good year getting Miss Mini Mo on the road and fully activated. She's come a long ways & with your help with parts like this. Which btw was almost identical to the one removed. We'll treat her with far more respect than the previous owners have. Thanks e-trailer no doubt we'll be back for more STUFF once we bring her out of winter storage.

Great faucet, for my inside shower on my newmar Dutch star , fit good made of brass not cheap plastic like the original I will buy another for the outdoor shower
We recieved this product yesterday and just installed it. I cannot comment on its longevity due to that, but after using it, I gotta say it is a definite improvement to the factory install in our camper, both in looks AND function. Also, we upgraded our shower head to Oxygenics Body Spa and the brushed nickel of this faucet matches the brushed nickel shower head PERFECTLY! Very happy with this.
I love, love, love the look of this shower faucet. You need to buy a separate shower head and hose kit. It really updates the look of our shower! It did take some work to install and a trip to a local RV store, but looks amazing and works great!
It is a lot easier to use if you have arthritic hands as I do. Works great.
I originally bought a cheaper shower faucet from etrailer, but it was so unbelievably cheesy that I sent it back and bought this one. This has a brass valve body instead of plastic like the first one. I reversed the valve caps (hot and cold) so I could point the hose bib down which worked better for my setup. The valves are kind of rubbery feeling instead of a solid shutoff but it works.

It's beautiful and is a good quality plastic. It's hard to tell it's not "real" chrome! I love Phoenix brand a lot. Nice sink & shower upgrades to my rv so far!
