The vacuum breaker lets you attach a handheld shower set (sold separately) to make cleaning mud and sand off the kids, pets, and shower walls even easier. The vacuum breaker also has an anti-siphon device - a small air hole that drains water back out of the hose to prevent your dirty shower water from contaminating your clean water supply.
The angled base design of this shower valve tilts the knobs forward, which prevents you from hitting your knuckles on the wall when you're turning the valve on and off. Because of this, the valve is ideal for small or compact RV showers.
Using the standard NPSM inlet shanks, slide the new valve and deck plate in place through the already existing mounting holes. Hand-tighten the included mounting nuts against the backside of the wall, and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a four-inch dual-knob RV shower faucet with vacuum breaker. This replaces, or upgrades, the faucet in your RV shower. It features the dual clear colored knobs that make it easy to control hot and cold water flow. Then we have the vacuum breaker, which allows you to attach a handheld shower, which is sold separately. This unit also prevents the backflow of contamination of your clean water supply. We have the nice chrome finish on the unit.
It gives it a really nice look. And it's a complete lead-free design. It comes with a backing plate and two mounting nuts.The hot and cold water line connection points are separated apart from one another, on center, by four inches. Then, when it comes to measuring the length of those, they measure about an inch and a half long. Now, the overall measurements of the unit, going edge to edge at the widest point, which is right here.
That gives a measurement of about six and one-quarter inches. Measuring the base, going this direction, is about two and a half inches. And I did take a measurement from the back of the housing to the outer most point of the knobs, so this would be how far it would stick out from the installation surface, and that measured about three and five-sixteenths of an inch.You will notice that it has a nice angled design, so it kicks the knobs at an upward angle making them easily accessible. I have been thoroughly displeased with this faucet from from day one. I love the look of it. I was grateful for the price of it. However, I'm unable to wash dishes in my kitchen with hot water unless I turn on hot water only and let it run for 30 minutes. This is due to the fact that I only get a trickle, and then, I'm lucky if it's even still warm by the time the water level is sufficient. Apparently the mechanisms inside the hot water handle had a faulty valve which does not open but a hair. I lost the order information for the faucet came from because all of that information was on a phone which had to be replaced. It is by the Grace of God alone that I received this survey today. I had just mentioned to my husband this afternoon my intention to track down the faucet purchase info. I would gladly return this one to you for a working replacement!

Product arrived early (yay!) and I will install today. All pieces look to be included in package. Responsible packaging was used to protect faucet and accessories. Seems to be light but sturdy, looking forward to my kitchen without a drippy faucet. I previously bought bathroom faucet and sink and am extremely happy with the purchase, although I wish I’d have gone with a stainless model for bathroom as well. Remodeling seems to never end and I’m grateful for etrailer helping to make it much easier. Thanks etrailer!

Great replacement for my factory faucet in my Desert Fox. It’s great to have the shutoff button on the faucet head to help save water and the high arch gives me plenty of room to get large pots and pans underneath. The installation was a breeze. Expensive for what you get in my opinion but at least it has worked flawlessly so far.

Better than factory! I bought this fixture to replace the faucet in my 2018 JAYCO 28BHS bathroom. The factory one was too close to the back of the sink and I had a hard time washing my big ole hands or filling a cup. This one came with a gasket under the fixture and rubber grommets for underneath, which the factory one did not have. An easy 10 minute job and we were back in business. Now, much more room and much easier to use.

We used this to replace the factory faucet in our 2007 Jayco 1207 pop up camper. The faucet it came with you could barely get your hands under let alone wash dishes in but now with this one there is plenty of room. We decided to purchase the lasagne Bristol because it has a removable neck and that is what we needed as there is not enough clearance when the roof is lowered for transport. It’s been great!!

This faucet replaced the original faucet in my 2011 camper. It fit perfectly and has performed without a problem. The faucet replaced one that had worn out. I use my trailer most of the year therefore the faucet gets a lot of use. The faucet works well with the double sink that is in the trailer.
