Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the Clearsource 25 foot long drinking water hose for RVs. Now, this is a freshwater hose which will connect your RV to your city water at the campsite, or it'll fill your holding tank. The female connector right here is what'll connect to your water output at the campsite and the other end, the male connector, is what will connect to your water inlet on your RV. It can also be used to fill the fresh water tank on your RV. Also, what's nice with this hose, it can be connected to your portable filter system to filter that city water before it enters your RV.

And the way you would do that is I happen to have an example of Clearsource makes this mini filter here that has your connections on the side. So this end here, we mentioned, you connect to the city water. This male end right here, you would just screw into this side and then your city water would go through this filter. And then with another hose hooked up on this side, it would go into your RV. So, just to unconnect this one, there we go.

Give you an idea of what we're talking about. Also wanted to pop up an insert just to show you that there's that mini filter with the two hoses connected. Now, this hose uses a premium material that's used for highest durability and longevity, and it does meet federal safety standards for drinking water and it will not affect the taste or the smell of the water. If you notice how it's coiled up here on the table, uses easy coiling technology, so that'll resist any kinks. Makes it a lot easier also to handle and store it.

On each end, we mentioned the fittings. They are threaded chrome fittings to resist rust and corrosion. The diameter on the fittings themselves is three quarters of an inch. You notice on the female one has this nice large rotating collar that's easy to grip. Gives you a good, easy connection, 'cause when you hook this up, you can just turn this to make your connection and the hose doesn't have to turn.

So it saves a lot of effort. You just have to turn the collar. Few specs on this again, the length on this is 25 feet. The inner diameter of this hose is a half an inch. Now this is a 25 foot long. They also do shorter ones. They do a five foot long hose we sell separately. That goes by a part number of CS77ZR And they also sell a 10 foot long hose, goes by a part number of CS87ZR.
