Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a quick look at the Deluxe Window Frame for RV Entry Doors. So this is going to be a replacement for one worn out or damaged frame on your entry door. And basically, it's just these two pieces, the outside piece is going to have pre-installed butyl tape to make sure that everything is nice and sealed, and then that's going to fit over our inside frame to keep everything nice and tight. So on the inside, we'll have our screws or our hardware attachment points, so we can get everything mounted up.You will use a number six flathead by one and a half inch long screws, which, they are not included, so you will have to pick this up on your own, but that should be the screw that you need to get everything installed.As far as the measurements for our frames themselves, they'll match each other, so I'm just going to measure one. It's about 12 inches for the interior width, by 21 for the length exterior measurements.
It's just about 15 and seven-eighths inches, so just under 16 inches wide, by about 24 and three-quarter inches long. So it should be a match for that size on your vehicle. It does not come with glass, so you will have to also pick that up separately, to get everything installed there.The construction of these is just going to be a UV protected plastic, so we shouldn't have to worry about that cracking or fading over time. It took about 45 minutes to remove the old and install the new one. It was a perfect fit. Thank You
These are an exact fit as the ones on my Northtrail 26, they came with butyl tape on the frame and glass

Changing out the glass in our 5th wheel. The old frame was cracked and needed a new one in a short time. New frame was delivered very fast. The frame even comes with the caulk already on it. Install was quick and easy.
Very fast replacement. Had a piece of cardboard taped up but now it looks great..just some acetone to remove tape left.
My previous entry door window exterior frame had cracked at the bottom, and the tabs holding the glass had broken. This allowed the window to slide down from the top of the frame. Before removing the old frame, I taped it to the door and also taped in the window just to make sure that the glass wouldn't fall and break. This CAN be a one-person job, but it was helpful to have someone hold the outer frame in place when re-installing the glass and especially when matching the inner frame with the outer. Having some resistance helped me get a secure fit. I'd hoped that the black screws from the old frame would fit the new one, but they were about 1/4" short. If I'd had a black magic marker I'd have colored the screw heads to make the new ones less noticeable.
This was an exact I for the door on my 2008 Lance 845 truck camper.
Install was easy and fixed the problem of the old cracked unit and the glass slipping down into the door.
1 year update.....window glass has slipped down into the door again.
Great fit. Easy to install, but it does help to have two people for when the glass starts to fall out

Still going strong!!
Shipment arrived earlier than expected. Just installed the new frame. Fits just like original. Maybe a better design than original -16 screws rather than 12. Had to purchase 4 new screws. So far it all looks good.
Replacement on a fleetwood flair. The opening was a little too tall and there was a small gap that we fixed with window urethane. Was happy to find this replacement.
I was pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the product.

Product has not been installed as of yet, however excellent service from etrailer. You guys provide the most impeccable packaging, shipping and tracking information. Nice to know that there is a company that has accountability all the way down to who put the order in the box for shipping. Also the packaging is always heavy duty cardboard and padded appropriately to protect items during transport. I order a lot of stuff through different suppliers and you guys are the best. Wanted to replace the faded, original white frame that came on my '05 Hallmark that had turned yellow. This fit perfectly and looks amazing compared to the original and won't fade. Have had it installed for about a year now and all good.
This window frame was an exact replacement for the frame that was already on our door. The tabs that held the window glass up on the bottom of the old frame had broken off. The glass slid down and created an open 1/2" gap at the top of the window. It was a perfect replacement fit. The only drawback was that the description should have stated that this replacement frame has 16 screws holes instead of 12 screw holes as on the old frame. I purchased new mounting screws but it was only a package of 12. I used 4 screws from the old frame but they shorter.
5 Star so far. I have not installed the window frame yet. My RV was in the shop last week.
The window frame was only the inside part of the frame witch happens to be the only part not broken on mine. I seen the frame part that I received for a third of the price but it clearly stated it was only the inside portion of the frame. Your advertisement and price is why I assumed it was the complete frame. After receiving it I went back and found the fine print about other portions sold separately. I still haven’t seen where you offer the outer portion of the frame witch is the piece that I need.

It sounds like you received the wrong product. The kit you bought replaces both of the interior and exterior frames Item #37211021. The item #A77051 is just the replacement exterior frame. Customer Service will contact you. See this explanation in the expert answers:

Fit the window opening exactly. I appreciated being able to replace just the frame as our glass was in great shape. It did not come with mounting screws or instructions, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But it worked well with the screws from the original window and installation was simple enough with a youtube search.
Shipping and packaging were both excellent from trailer.
I haven't installed it yet but I think that it will do the job very well.
