Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at the Camco RV screen door opener. This handy opener here will install on your RV screen door and make it open a lot easier by allowing you to open the screen door while keeping the slide closed and the bugs outside. Comes with a nice rubber grommet here that is weatherproof. You can slide it in or out however you need. It's got the groove in there.
You got a little safety end piece over here. And you get a nice wide finger hold. Overall, it's four inches long by an inch wide up here on the tab. Very nice little product. You will need a 9/16-inch drill bit and a drill to drill a hole through the screen at the right place and install it.

Very easy to install used a multi bit drill. Nice to open the screen door without having to slide the hatch open.
Easy to install in minutes!
It's so much easier to open the door from the inside without having to slide the shield back and forth.
A very clever little device that solves a agrevating problem of going in and out of RV screen door.
The screen door slide was okay. I will need to trim the new one to fit which is okay, however I need to order a stop my original slide did not have a stop. I think the opener will work okay.
This wasn't a perfect solution, but it is better than having to open the slide every time to open the door. However, with such a narrow door, if the door doesn't open much past a 90 degree angle, this little guy will grab your shirt. Even so, I will still buy it again.
This item installed pretty easy. We really haven't used the camper yet to enjoy it. I'm sure it'll be great as it's so annoying opening that slide to open the screen door. This will make going out the door so much easier.
The fan motor and blade installed without a fuss, as did the door latch.

Arrived in a few days! Works fine. Had to use caution drilling plexiglass. Did a test run and made a template before installing on actual door.
Allows easily opening screen door from inside RV with one hand without having to slide the cover.
We need to add some glue so it doesn't work it's way out, as was suggested, but product works as expected.
Seems to work OK. Little bit of trouble getting grommet in hole. Not sure how long it's going to last.
