Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the Bauer Products Steel Strike Plate. This is going to mate with a magnetic holder, to hold your compartment doors open while you're loading and unloading. This is a steel construction, so it's going to work with your positive or negative magnets. So, it is going to be compatible with the Bauer products magnet holders that you see on the screen there.

Obviously this is the round plate, so you'll want to make sure that you're using one of the round magnetic holders like we have on the screen there for you.Now, this is right at an 1-1/2 in diameter. You can see, we do have mounting holes there for you already. Those are spaced from center to center, right about one inch apart, and they do include some screws to help you get this mounted in place.This also has a powder coated finish to it, so it's going to be rust and corrosion resistant and it's going to give it a nice finished look. So it should be a nice piece on your apartment doors and you can see the screw heads are colored to match, so it's going to blend in nicely. Not going to look unsightly at all and give you that option to have those doors remain open, so that you can more easily load and unload your gear.So that's going to complete our look for today.
