Specs:
Application: Model 2 pop-up campers that are 10' - 12' long
Overall height: 3' 6"
3-Year warranty
You're worried about your pop-up camper getting wet and dirty in storage before your next camping trip. Whether you're storing your camper in the rainy northwest, snowy north, or humid south, this weather-resistant cover is designed for use in extremely wet climates so your popup will be protected. When you keep your popup covered, you are less likely to need to wash and wax it in between trips. And if you want to trade your popup in for a newer model later down the road, this cover will help maintain that resale value.
The 3-ply PolyPro top panel has moisture-wicking technology that vents condensation away to reduce moisture buildup that can damage your popup over time. It also beads water when it rains to stop it from pooling or freezing, which eliminate the black streaks and corrosion you tend to see on the sides and roof of your popup. And when the rain stops, the fabric dries quickly in mild sunlight to minimize the development of mold and mildew.
How to Measure Your Pop-Up Camper or Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your popup from the very front to the rear bumper. The cover isn't meant to fit over the tongue of your popup, so don't include it in your measurements. Then measure the overall height from the bottom of the popup to the top. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Camper or Trailer
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your popup, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your popup to remove any excess slack in the material. Thread the included cinch rope through the integrated rings on the cover and pull on them until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your popup. The rope keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job.

Good cover but will deteriorate in 14 months max. UV has a big affect but the cover will provide protection until UV breaks it down. This makes my 3rd purchase of this cover and I may consider looking at another type for increased durability. Also if you have roof air on your popup, the cover's width is around 12" to narrow, which results in strain on the seams. Mix that with UV damage is does not take long to fail.1402309

Just finished putting the cover on our pop-up trailer and it fits perfectly. Looks great. We have put a lot of time into restoring our old camper-lots of memories in there-and wanted to be sure it stayed nice and dry thru the winter. We are very pleased with your product and how easy it was to install also. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cover for their trailer. Hoping to see the inside of the camper is nice and dry in the spring.104470
Well, after the terribly long, snowy and severely cold winter we had here, I am happy to say our camper was completely dry in the spring. When we took off the new cover, we folded it up and put it in the storage bag that came with it. It was really easy and handy to have it altogether in a relatively small bag. So nice not to have to worry about any small leaks over the winter. Love your product and would recommend it to anyone needing protection from the elements in an area with harsh winter climates.

The cover appears to be very well made. It is a replacement for another brand ordered elsewhere that was not nearly as nice. It has vent flaps at the top sides to help with billowing on windy days. The side tie down triangles are a very nice feature also. It came with three cords to be used when tying down which I added a caribiner style clasp to each end for simpler attachment and assurance that it would not come undone.
Originally I made a mistake when ordering. The 1st cover arrived much too large. I quickly realised my mistake after seeing the cover spread across the trailer. etrailer quickly provided me with a return authorization and shipping label with clear instructions on returning. I then placed a new order with the correct size They even went as far as providing expedited shipping on the 2nd order. Very happy with their customer service!438261

This is actually the second cover from this company we have purchased for our pop up camper. The original one survived a pretty nasty hail storm last year but ended up with holes from the hail. Ripped it up pretty badly. This replacement cover is as good as the first and fits perfectly. We will put it back on in the late fall when our camping season is over knowing it will keep the camper nice and dry till the following spring.
It is a great product and recommend it for covering outdoor pop up campers.845555

Cover still working great. Took off in spring and don’t worry anymore about finding mold or damp spots on ceiling. Made sure cover was good and dry, folded up and put away for summer. Will put back on in fall when camping season is over. Excellent product. We highly recommend it

The cover itself is fine and fits our 12’ hard side JayCo pop up beautifully. The attachment of the straps to the cover was poorly sewn. The first time we tightened the straps after tossing them under the belly of the trailer one fell off while tightening it. The stitching on the other two straps was very stressed and looked like it would rip out in a moderate wind. After restitching all 6 attachments the cover seems to be holding on quite well541553

The cover performs well. One problem. In winter, the camper is covered and parked in my driveway. When it snows I run the snowblower along side of it to clear the rest of the driveway. One day, I noticed that the camper cover seemed "ripped" open in the straight horizontal line all along the side. What's in fact happening is the snowblower exhaust, which comes straight out of the left side, was actually melting the cover material when making a close pass to the camper. I bought this same cover again to replace it, but this time will keep the exhaust side away from the cover. Don't run your snowblower's exhaust port too close to this cover, the side material melts.360836

I am very pleased with the above product. I had to purchase some bungee attaching clips for the front and back sections to attach it to the frame, with bungees. I'll follow up with e-mail and photos.
Sincerely Ambrose

I am amazed of how good it fits my camper. I have tried several other covers of the 10 - 12 ft. size. They were either too big or did not completely cover due to the A/C unit on top of my pop up. This cover not only fit like a glove, it also covered my front propane tank and battery compartment. My camper is 10.5 ft. long. I also liked the fact that there are 3 tie down ropes (not one long rope). Installing and securing was a breeze. The covered vent openings on both sides is a great idea.105756

I just put this on my camper and it feels like it is made of solid material. It has not been through the winter yet but I have already noticed that the dew beads up on top of the cover in the morning. The delivery time was excellent and the seller even gave me faster shipping than what I had ordered. This company has been great to work with!26436

The pop-up cover looks sharp and pretty easy to put on my camper. It did take a little while to receive my order, but I did get it before the winter weather hits in Ohio. I’m hoping it holds up well and protects my camper for years to come.455716

The cover for the camper has held up well. It has been on about 99% of the time in all weather, winter included. The camper is in full sun for most of the day. I haven't observed any signs of fraying from wind or signs of UV induced degradation. 544621

I spoke to my contact at Classic Accessories and she informed me that their covers like the part # CA80039 that you referenced are heavy duty covers with UV blocking ability to protect your camper from the sun and heat in the desert. She assured me that this cover would do an excellent job. view full answer...
After checking with the manufacturer the Classic Accessories Deluxe Poly Pro III # CA80039 is intended for use while the trailer is in storage. The manufacturer further explained that this is not recommended for use while towing. The manufacturers that we carry do not offer products for pop up campers that can be used while the camper is being towed.
If you would like to use a cover while towing you might want to check with a boat cover manufacturer and see if there are any options that... view full answer...
The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover, # CA80039, is our best selling popup/folding camper cover. As long as your camper is configured similar to one of the pictured in the drawing I provided, see link, and the body of the camper is between 10 and 12 feet long, the cover will fit. If there are roof mounted accessories on the camper the cover will fit, the sides will not go down as far though.

The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover # CA80039 that you referenced is designed to work on pop up campers that measure from 10-12 feet in length. And since your camper is 10 feet in length plus another 2 feet for the storage bin this cover should work very well for you with minimal excess fabric.
I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out also. view full answer...
With an AC unit on top of the camper you will need to look at total height of the cover # CA80039. This cover is 42 inches tall and fits 10 to 12 foot long campers. If you look at the pictures below the Specs on the product page, you will see that it was designed for several different styles of campers, including those that have small AC units on them. view full answer...
For a more snug fit I would recommend going with the 10-12 foot long version of the Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover # CA80039. This was designed to accomodate an AC unit like what you have on your trailer currently so it would work well in that regard. view full answer...
Although the cover is designed for a 10-12 foot pop-up, there's no reason to believe it wouldn't work for your application. The cover is 42 inches high, so whether or not it will cover the wheels will depend on what height the top of your center beam is above the ground. If the top of the beam is 42 inches above the ground or less, the cover will cover the wheels/tires. I have spoken with my Classic Accessories rep, who tells me the width of the cover is more than sufficient to work with... view full answer...
The popup cover part # CA80039 is a fit for 12 foot long pop up campers like your 12 foot Aliner. This cover is designed to protect the camper from sun among other things like rain, snow, dirt, nicks and scratches so it would work well for you. view full answer...
The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover # CA80039 actually has a little bit of extra room to account for things like a spare tire so as long as the body of your 2009 StarCraft 247 measures 12' the cover your referenced will fit. I reached out to my contact at Classic Accessories to confirm this. view full answer...
When storing an A-frame style pop up it's generally recommend to store it in the up position if the trailer is going to see heavy snow fall since the snow would fall off of it mostly. But otherwise it's best to store it down to limit exposure of the side of the camper to sun and wind. This mostly benefits the windows and seals.
The Classic Accessories Cover part # CA80039 would be the correct size for your Aliner Ranger since it measures 12 feet in length. view full answer...
The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Cover # CA80039 that you referenced will perform really well in extreme winter climates like what you experience in Nebraska. It is constructed of triple-ply fabric that's designed specifically to keep the camper dry from snow and rain and the PolyPro reinforced sides protect it from harsh winds and cold.
I have attached a customer review below that speaks to its performance through a winter that sounds a lot like what you have to... view full answer...
The Classic Accessories cover you referenced, the PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover for 10 - 12-foot campers # CA80039, is also offered in a 12 - 14-foot size as part # CA80040. Both covers feature the same 3-ply construction on the top layer as well as elastic corners and integrated air vents. The larger size may offer a more convenient fit on your Aline, which measures 6-1/2-feet x 12-feet with a 3-1/2-foot tongue.

The major difference between the Pop-up Camper Cover # CA80038 and # CA80039 is the length of campers each will fit. The CA80038 cover fits campers that are 8 to 10 feet long. The CA80039 cover fits campers that are 10 to 12 feet long. The larger cover requires more material which accounts for the price difference.
Both covers are Deluxe PolyPro III covers which means they are triple-ply and have wicking fabric to prevent moisture build up. I have included a link to the installation details... view full answer...
For your 1997 Jayco 1006 ST RD pop up, which seems to be 22 feet long including the tongue, I would recommend a cover that it 20 foot long like the Classic Accessories # CA80043 which fits pop ups measuring 18 to 20 foot long.
For the ultimate in weather protection, this camper cover features triple-ply, weatherproof fabric to keep out rain and snow and wicking technology to eliminate moisture buildup - perfect for wet climates. view full answer...
We have tear drop trailer covers, such as # CA80198, which would be a better fit than a pop-up camper trailer. This cover is 16-1/2 feet long and 6-1/2 feet wide. They are designed for Forest River R-Pod 150 Series teardrop trailers but could fit others with the same or similar dimensions. A pop-up camper cover would not be tall enough for a tear drop trailer or the right shape. view full answer...
Aliner's website specs for the Ranger 12 indicate a 15-foot overall length including the trailer tongue. The pop-up portion's actual dimensions are not provided.
In most instances we will suggest using the larger of two cover options. Between the # CA80039 and the larger # CA80040 I suggest using the larger cover since it will be easier to install. Any extra slack can always be secured with tie-downs. Usually customers prefer to use a larger cover that will be a bit easier to put on compared... view full answer...
For the size of your camper I'd go with a larger size than the # CA80039 which only fits up to 12 foot long campers. Instead the # CA80040 would be what I would recommend as it fits camper lengths between 12 and 14 feet which would be a better fit since yours would be around 12-1/2 feet in length. view full answer...
We have covers that are wide enough but none that are as short as 12 feet. Cover # CA80103 is the closest option at 20 feet. If you have a pop-up camper you need to cover then we have some options. I have included a link to the pop up camper covers that we carry to the right.
Cover # CA80039 fits campers 10 to 12 feet long or # CA80040 fits campers 12 to 14 feet long. Both are about 7.33 feet wide. view full answer...
Trailer storage covers are typically fitted by excluding the trailer tongue but if you want the tongue on your Aliner protected as well then you will just need to go with something that's long enough to fit the camper's entire length.
